I’ve been to multiple Dutch locations and it seems like every time I go to this one I’m disappointed. The customer service isn’t as good as the other ones, though I will say the girl today taking orders was pretty nice. Today was one of those days I just really needed a pick-me-up and figured what better way than to go by Dutch? Well it unfortunately didn’t do the job. Firstly, their app was down, which I know is beyond their control but still frustrating because I intended on paying via it (and ironically my total was the exact amount I had preloaded on - $7.52). I ordered a campout cold brew with strawberry soft top, which is an extra dollar for the soft top, and it barely had any on it. I questioned it and the girl at the window said that’s how much they give. I’ve never had such a little amount and I get soft top on every order. Just super disappointed in the whole experience. I’ll go to the other locations from here on out.

My favorite overpriced coffee. You know just like the other ones but a different name or something like that. Probably gets beans from plantations that pretend not to use 12 year old boys in Guatemala to pick the coffee so the shareholders are happy. Just don't think about it and slurp this bean water, bonus points if you like iced water in your bean water.
