This fiiz has gone down hill and the wait times are incredibly ridiculous. The location in tville by the freeway is much better.

We come to this location regularly getting the same order every time including the chocolate fiiz puffs. We get them warmed and have had multiple managers approve of them being warmed however today Kinsley was rude and refused to warm them saying that they couldn’t do that, mind you every single time we get them warmed including managers/shift leads doing it, we tried to explain that multiple times, she gave us attitude and audibly sighed when closing the window the again gave us attitude after handing us the warmed puffs before we left. She tried to say that she wasn’t taught that which if true is a problem with management training the employees correctly.

I’m writing this review to give major praise to the gentleman working yesterday. When I pulled up to the window, I could see he looked a bit frazzled. He sincerely apologized for the wait and explained that he was the only one working at the moment. Funny enough, I was the only car in line and barely waited at all. The interaction was quick, and I’ll admit, I was a little nervous about how my drink would turn out since he seemed rushed. But the moment I took my first sip, I was reminded exactly why I always choose this location. It was hands-down the best Zippy Zen I’ve ever had. I go out of my way to come here because no other location makes it quite like this one and this visit was just another reminder why i will continue to spend my money here. So thank you to the solo employee holding it down. Even if his day wasn’t going the way he hoped, he still managed to make mine better

I just ordered a diet dr pepper with coconut and it tastes like water. They need to change their syrups out. Pretty disappointing for a place that is know for selling soda. I won’t be coming back.

Ordered drinks and nachos with jalapenos. Clearly they forgot the jalapenos but this cheese, holy crap. I thought they gave me a cup of Nutella for a second. It was expired, moldy, and smelled like death. Immediately threw it away. They HAD to see it when they put it in the box, and still they decided it was good. Last time we come here..

For being called fiiz im shocked that this is now the third time ive gotten a very flat soda. I tried to call and ask about it but the number doesn't workm very disappointed guess ill have to stick to waters or go else where.

Im a Swigg drinker but since there's not any on this side a town I figure I would try Fizz out..1st time it taste alot like the syrups vs any soda...So I figured let me see if it was just that day...so i returned back for a 2nd try but somehow it still wasn't tasty.... well I guess every place doesn't have the same taste..
