We were waiting in line for about 30 minutes, when at the window I seen the girl who was working there eyes nose red and I then asked her if she was okay and she started crying, she was the only worker there... She was Overwhelmed working by yourself.. poor management!!!! She shouldn't be the only one working.. I hope her day got better 😞

I’ve giving this location alone a mixed review now that it’s happened a second time, it’s rather frustrating. I’ve gone here twice recently both on sundays where they are open and no one has been inside and it’s closed when it should be open. I don’t know if it’s a lack of staffing or someone just not showing up, but even as a frequent FiiZ buyer, this made me leave a review in hopes they will fix this.
The food and drinks here are amazing. The service however sucks. I am a regular here because im addicted to Fiiz and I order from doordash often as well as visit the location. Every single time I order from doordash there's an issue. They get my order wrong or multiple times now, they cancel my order and refuse to answer the phone so I can figure out why. If youre open, and your phone is ringing, you should be answering it. I have called 5 times before simply trying to find out how I can get my order placed. The service is ridiculous.

I love fizz and recently got into the pretzels! Love them but for some reason in this location not my regular location for fizz in west Jordan that I got a stale pretzel for the first time. I'm not upset just disappointed but atleast i got my drinks! Just warning whoever wants pretzels to make sure they are fresh!
