Ordered in store for take out at 346pm on 03/16. Not a single other customer in store. 1 large hook and ladder on wheat all the works with 3 add ons (cucumber peppers and olives) bbq sauce also. 1 medium club on a sub all the works no add ons. Get home after waiting for what seemed like forever and after getting settled noticed the Hook and Ladder did NOT have a single thing asked for let alone there wasn't even deli mustard on it to top it off it wasn't even a hook and ladder but a club on a sub. The medium club was missing deli mustard also. $27 paid i wanted to wait until Monday (today) to talk with the manager because we didn't get a receipt either. The person Sandra who said she was the GM was put on the phone after speaking with a male who said he was the manager. She asked what happened and instead of making it right she placed blame on the customer for not getting a receipt that was never given and not even stapled to the bag not holding on to the sandwich to bring back into the store today to verify we aren't lying. Its not often we come here very few and far between but this is the 2nd time this has happened and I've never been so disrespected by this manger or GM Sandra. Why would I have the same kids who messed up the 1st time make it a 2nd? I had to repeat myself 3xs already while I was there. I highly doubt that myself, my family or anyone else I know will be visiting that location again. Horrible all the way around. $27 for attitude and poor service.

I was laughed at because I didn't know where to order at first....then $3 was going to be charged for tax on a $14.50 sandwich and I asked Why it was so much (explanation) the man just continued trying to push my payment through...I asked twice...he never even tried to answer so I told him to cancel it. I'm not sure whether he spoke English because he just didn't respond..it was $18 for a large sandwich???? Did taxes go way up overnight? This was yesterday 1/28/25 in West Valley City

Waited for about 30 to get our 5 subs!!!! There was just 2 people in front of us that ordered. Now we don’t even have time to eat!!!!!! Don’t bother coming here if u want to eat ur food during actual lunch!!!!

Terrible customer service all around. Wish I could rate 0 stars. Ordered delivery that went to the wrong house. I then went to pick up my cold food from a strangers house. Tried to contact the store who continued to put me on hold. After being told I would receive a refund from one employee then hung up on the manager called back to let me know they wouldn't be giving me a refund due to some bs with whom the liability falls, them or door dash. You are better off picking your food up. These companies will never find themselves at fault and cough up a refund.

Stopped by Firehouse Subs and decided to try their French Dip. Let me tell you, this isn’t just a sandwich; it’s a masterpiece. The roast beef was tender, the cheese perfectly melted, and the au jus was rich and flavorful—easily the best French Dip I’ve ever had. Every bite was packed with savory goodness, and I found myself wishing it would never end. If you’re craving something hearty, comforting, and downright delicious, don’t sleep on this one. Firehouse Subs, you’ve set the bar high with this one. Can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu!

Food was fine. Nothing exciting or special.

The terrible part is putting in an online order, going to the sign that says online order pick up, and standing there awkwardly for 10 minutes, trying to make eye contact with someone, in hopes of getting noticed.

I don't know why anyone would casually be standing in this area of the restaurant, except for order pick up

My husband got subs to go for our trip before we left, they totally screwed up our order for both sandwiches. Will never eat firehouse subs again, horrible service, veggies were wrong on my sub & veggies totally missing on my husband's sub. Fire house subs is off our menu Completely! ??

Watery ranch, soft bread not the crisp bread I'm used to, veggies aren't as fresh. The sandwiches here just aren't as good as other locations, this is my second visit and I felt the same the first time but it had been a while so I thought I'd give them another shot since they are much closer to me. The one in Sandy on state street is perfect everytime, not to mention cheaper. I would rather have subway than this location.

Update: last time i went i got the newyorker to try something new and i didnt get both meats it said it had on it, dissatisfied. Out of all the fast food places; I pick this one cause I always love the flavors.
