I love the sandwiches! The bread is so light and the toppings are always fresh. The pickle is a great side to the sandwich!!

I was with my mom yesterday at 5pm ordering some food and there was this lady that was so mean to her. My younger sister cried after the lady was so harsh to my mom. I won’t ever be going back, the food was like dried aged and dry. Not to mention the horrible service. I read some of the history books there and this location is a disappointment. Comparing to the one in Provo this location is drastically different and not in a good way. I’m not sure what is happening but the food and atmosphere used to be so great considering I used to come here for years. I’m so disappointed and saddened by what this location has become but one thing is for sure that short lady shouldn’t be working in this franchise or at all in this establishment. I was just passing through and I feel like this lady ruined it, cause I wanted some food while me and my mom were shopping for some groceries. Anyways the service is horrible and the food rancid. She was rushing me and my mom to order while the place was basically empty I was so mad but I also work in customer service and maybe she had a bad day but then she continued and she was yelling at my mom when she couldn’t understand what the employee was saying I saw another person say her name was Rosa and she the lady was short with glasses. Anyways I’m sad to say it but I’ll never visit this location again.

Rating is higher than it deserves. I've gone to this location dozens of times due to convenience and I used to enjoy the food. But as quality has dropped so has the experience. I just spent a an hour waiting for food I placed online through the app and the order wasn't received. Ok things happen but for the server to take 20 min to figure out the scenario and ultimately decide to finally make the food. Ok, success? Not even close because now the servers sister arrives orders a free sandwich and is giving itemized instructions while my food isn't even begun. It's not until the sister says how bad she is at serving when she gets assistance from another associate. Watched a group of 3 walk in and then leave after no acknowledgement from any staff. After 20 min of additional waiting my food is finished and I leave get home and order isn't complete. Go back to store and there's the rest of my order. I'm done, I got the app to make ordering beneficial on my part and the experience has drastically fallen. Never returning to this location. Maybe not even the franchise again.

Sandwiches are always fresh, hot and delicious. The staff friendly and the dining room clean. My go to sub sandwich place.

TL;DR: Despite my slightly negative experience, I overall think that Firehous Subs is well worth the try, especially their Thanksgiving Turkey Sub.

This is my first time at Firehouse Subs. I had to try their seasonal special, the Thanksgiving Turkey Sub. It was delicious, just what I hoped for! I made a few additions (mushrooms, lettuce, and tomatoes), but it would've been great either way. I'm giving three stars for two reasons. 1st, I prefer to reserve four stars for great, five stars for legendary. Three stars is for good. 2nd, I had to wait for my food to be made over 15 minutes later than when it was promised, and that's after ordering in via the app an hour in advance; so, I feel there should've been plenty of time for my food to be made so that it was ready once I arrived at the promised time.

We paid $42 for 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and a brownie. The only drink I wanted was out so I paid for nothing, she said she would fix it but never did. The girls who work there are not very nice. We used to frequent this sub place but wont anymore

Is it just me or did the sandwiches get smaller.

I walked in and stood by the register for 10 minutes. 2 employees making sandwiches never said a word to me just kept making sandwiches. Not I'll be with you in one minute nothing. Walked out the door they still have never said anything to me.

We went on Sunday with the family. I placed an order and was overcharged. I didn’t ask for a combo but was charged for one. Then when I asked for a refund she didn’t know how to. She gave me $3.25 when it was $3.89 plus tax. I even left a tip and it wasn’t worth it. They need to do better!

Lost my business! Walked in just for your employees to give us a eye roll. Stood at the register and waited to order when she finally came over didn't even say anything. So I just left. To bad they have really good sandwiches. B
