Only two people working. 4:08 ready time but waited 30 minutes until someone noticed I was standing to pick up. But food wasn’t ready still. Never changed his gloves and touched rugged on his shirt many times without changing it or washing his hands. Ordered my food a little before 4 and 48 minutes after I’m still waiting. This location should hire more people. Felt bad for these guys. Safe to say I won’t come to this location and stick to the Jordan Landing one.

I am disappointed and sickened to see the prices skyrocket like they have. I'm ashamed to have worked for this company, the Five Guys I knew, was fair and equally fair priced. I feel like all they're doing is strutting on a high horse. For crying out loud, now you sell milkshakes too, the one thing you guys literally got irritated over being asked to sell. Seems more like a sellout company now. Glad I'm no longer associated with it. Well, hope it works out for you, I definitely will not recommend or ever spend an other penny here again. Not worth it. And I'm not targeting this location, I'm talking about Five Guys in general.

The ladies running the line @ this location take pride in their work, and it looks and tastes oh so good. Not all Five Guys are created equal. Of the dozen or so locations I've been to. This one is the best.
