First time. I ordered the mango tropical with boba. It tasted good, though I wish it had a bit more flavor and a more chewy boba. The staff was kind and suggested some drinks to us. There was plenty of seating - bench style. All seating is inside. There's also plenty of parking as this place located in a plaza. Also, yes, there is a bathroom at this location.

It's been a minute since I've came here. Lots of things have changed on their menu! One of my favorite drinks is the pistachio boba! I love how creamy it is! The boba is always nice and chewy! Like that their smoothies aren't as icy anymore and are creamy!

Love gossip, one of my favorite places to get pho because the bowls are so large haha. but my favorite are their appetizers-- especially the rice cake!!! the servers are always working hard to make sure our food is good and our waters are filled. the clean the tables quickly when people are waiting for a table. and the restaurant itself is usually pretty lively and it's fun to go there with friends!

Called and was put on hold. I could hear them in the background taking orders then silent then another ordered. This continued for about 10 minutes of them taking other orders or silence before i hung up. I called again when they answered I began to say Hey I've been on hold! but was immediately placed on hold. If you don't want my business that bad then fine My money is good elsewhere.

I been going to these restaurant for a while giving them Chance after chance I always call to order and they always seem to get my order wrong and have me wait 15-30 min in my car for my order to be ready on top of the estimated time I am told to pick up at but Sunday was the last straw I call in to place in order waited the 30 min I was told it would be ready got there only to find out my order was completely wrong I told them to make me my correct order only to be told it would be 30 -40 min longer with no apology even after telling them it’s not the first time It happens I left with no food and contacted the manager was told they would call me back never did so now I’m writing a review hope people read these review and not call to place in order they will get it wrong ?

Never disappoints as usual! I was greeted quickly and politely and I got my smoothie fast! I went to try boba elsewhere, and the flavors were so limited.

I feel so bad that I’ve eaten here for the last time. It use to be pretty good and fantastic. The food has become terrible. The service is worse. It took them a whole 20 mins to take our order. Even then when the food came, stuff was missing. Everyone else who came in after us was seated, there orders were taken immediately. It was not busy either. So not sure about that. It’s was so disappointing.

I've been coming here for several years now and this place still has some of the best pho I've ever had in town. Super good pho. I love their boba too! Every now and then I will stop in just for the boba. The staff is pretty young, so I would practice a bit of patience if anything is missing or messed up. But other than that, they are really kind here and the owner is awesome too! Great food, service and vibes. Highly recommend!
I ordered black sugar milk tea here and asked for no ice, but it was not milk tea. It was a smoothie-like drink.I thought I ordered it wrong, so I asked the staff again. they said It was indeed black sugar milk tea. I asked to make it again. But the redone is the same as the first time (like a smoothie), so their method is different from the traditional one, don't order it, it's super bad. And it tastes like there is no milk or tea, the taste is bitter, it is a mixture of powder + ice.$7 for a cup of powder + ice, a strange smoothie, too expensive and not worth it at all.It is recommended to go to tiger sugar, where it costs $5 a cup and uses fresh milk, which tastes much better.

They seem to have changed their Boba recipes. They were amazing. Write and the reason it is always so busy. Now they are very bland. With chunks of fruit in them.

This adding the tip to the bill is an absolute theft. Tip is for better than usual service. I used to eat here all the time and bring guests and always tipped more than 20%. This is the last time. If we the consumers do not voice this the businesses will continue to do this. It's bad enough cost of food has gone up over 25%
