Service has gone down hill recently. On my last visit I thought it was just a rough day but I went there for lunch today and it was worse. There were 5 of us on 1 ticket and I got charged 18% for tip.After waiting 30 minutes for our food, seeing others getting their food that came in well after we ordered I asked for our meals to go since we needed to be somewhere. Then our food magically appears.I ordered the Pho Shrimp and there were literally 5 small shrimp in it. The fresh spring rolls had almost no meat. We didn’t get any sauces for the Pho.Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. I have been coming here for years but I think I need to find a new Pho restaurant
The broth is amazing!!!! The food is great! Even though I didn’t dine in my food was still delicious and hot!

I waited 40 minutes for 4 boba drinks and they still got my order wrong! Also, unlike other boba places, they did not heat seal the drinks, so after waiting 40 minutes for the drinks, I drove for about 2 minutes before a drink fell over, the top fell off, and spilled boba milk tea all over my car. Not a pleasant experience at all.

This place is not like it used to be. I can taste the powdery texture of the powder mix used for the boba. I love that there are so many different flavors, but it would be great if the quality can keep up. With spots like TeaBar and Tiger Sugar popping up in SLC now, I don't think I would go for boba here.

Okay so I had the beef and brisket pho and was amazing! Their boba teas are okay but the pho was really good. The con was when I walked into the restaurant I was hit with a scary pungent sewage smell. Honestly they would’ve got 1 star if I wasn’t on date and it wasn’t so late in the evening I would’ve pitched going to another place just because of the smell. I just acted like I didn’t notice and went on with the date. Really though the pho saved them….

Horrible service. Service staff doesn’t care about the customers. They are riding the wave of what gossip used to be. Over an hour to get our food. People after us ate and left before we even got our order. Eventually people will see gossip isn’t what it used to be. There’s a lot of pho restaurants in town.

Edit: came back and things seem to have changed again. And again are much better. Perhaps I just got a really poorly made one last time here. But the lack of fruit chunks make me think they switched back.They seem to have changed their Boba recipes. They were amazing. And the reason it is always so busy. Now they are very bland. With chunks of fruit in them.
Food was decent but not exceptional. Some of the sauces taste like they are from can. The boba drinks were good too.

Favorite boba place! I don’t like that they switched their cups to the normal ones with lips because now I can’t transport them in a bag. But that’s my only compliant. They are amazing!

Called and was put on hold. I could hear them in the background taking orders then silent then another ordered. This continued for about 10 minutes of them taking other orders or silence before i hung up. I called again when they answered I began to say Hey I've been on hold! but was immediately placed on hold. If you don't want my business that bad then fine My money is good elsewhere.

I tried this for the first time yesterday and was impressed. I ordered the charbroiled meat (chicken) and rice dish and the fried potstickers. It was very good, fresh and delicious!

I been going to these restaurant for a while giving them Chance after chance I always call to order and they always seem to get my order wrong and have me wait 15-30 min in my car for my order to be ready on top of the estimated time I am told to pick up at but Sunday was the last straw I call in to place in order waited the 30 min I was told it would be ready got there only to find out my order was completely wrong I told them to make me my correct order only to be told it would be 30 -40 min longer with no apology even after telling them it’s not the first time It happens I left with no food and contacted the manager was told they would call me back never did so now I’m writing a review hope people read these review and not call to place in order they will get it wrong ?
