Jilly-Bean was a great time and full of fun. We love the food!!! She also loved on our sweet puppy and made him feel so special..

It was 15 until 8 (closing time) and they had a sign that said they would return later, and this is something that happens very often, they lock themselves in and when they come out they don't answer!

Waited for someone to help us. It’s hard to find good help in a mall eatery. Corn dogs are good and the lemonade is awesome.

Kamille was so sweet. She was an absolute sweetheart. She kept a smile on her face even though she was the only one on shift, she was yelled at and talked down to but she kept going. She should not have been alone so shame on management, however Kamille you are great! Keep up the good work and I will protect you!!

Asked for a lemonade with no ice. The guy who did it didn’t listen. SMH. He put ice in my drink. I said it very clearly! Thx.

Joy was, forgive the pun, a joy to be served by. She was efficient, kind, helpful even though it's lunch rush time and she was on her own with 4 to 5 customers deep. She deserves all the positive recognition available.

Worst Customer Service !!! It wasn’t busy or anything and I ordered the simple platter and funnel fries and I paid $28. I ended up waiting 48 min just for the funnel fries and waited another 20 min to go see what’s happening wit my food ? (Mind you this is my 3rd time) just to find out they didn’t even make the simple platter. Place absolutely sucks and definitely wasn’t worth the wait ! Do better !

Love this place so much!The food is great! I hate cherry lemonade but theirs Is so good! Only con is that they don’t have one close to me.

10/10 will always recommend this location. Today I accidentally spilled my drinks which ended getting the bottom of my food bag wet which then led to my food falling out the bottom. I was flustered and frustrated. I decided to go back because I was really looking forward to my food and when I explained what happened, Jilly made sure I was taken care of, free of charge. Her kindness really eased my anxiety. Jilly always brings a smile to my face when she is working and she always goes above and beyond. Thanks to her, I now have a loyal love for the frozen lemonade! If you’re reading this Jilly, thank you so so much for your kindness! You deserve the world!
