Ordered a online to-go. Took me 20 minutes to get there. Order was supposed to be ready. Took an extra half an hour. Everybody asked me what I was there for told them none of them came back with a response on how long it would be or anything. Just left me sitting there in the dark not to mention it took him about 10 minutes to even recognize I was there and acknowledge me

We went in at 230 pm on a Saturday. No one was at the front to seat us, despite the fact that there were 5 or 6 employees who had us in view.
When we were taken to a table, the floor was so dirty (stepped on banana slices and other trash) that we didn't feel comfortable sitting there. Around our table was not the only area of dirty floor - it was pervasive. I honestly thought about getting the push broom out of the back of my truck. We found another place to sit that was cleaner.
After a few minutes they did take our drink order, but we weren't yet ready to order and I asked for a minute. 20 minutes elapsed, with our server and other employees even walking by our table without so much as a word.
The employees all seemed to be huddled at the back - I'm not sure what they were doing but they clearly weren't interested in the state of the restaurant nor helping us.
We got up and walked out... And went to Village Inn a mile away. There the restaurant was clean and our food got to us amazingly quickly. The difference was striking!
Best server we have had in a long time. Thank you MAIDA !! Definitely will be back !!!
