Our server’s name was Linn. I was having a very stressful day and had little time but my husband wanted to go to ihop. I told her we were pressed for time and she was extremely fast and helpful. She never looked annoyed when my family asked for anything extra like blueberry syrup or more ketchup or a booster seat. She didn’t assume the check would go to my husband and put it in between us and noticed I was the one who paid and brought the check back to me instead of my husband (no waitress has ever done this before even though I pay.) She brought us a to go box for the food my son didn’t finish and brought us the check earlier than normal because we were rushed. She made my day go smoother and I really appreciated her perfect service. Couldn’t have had better service even if we’d gone to Spencer’s instead of iHop.

Only when there is no other option do we ever eat at restaurants like IHOP. It's not the healthiest of places to eat, using process foods, eggs out of a carton, and not so good ingredients. It is what it is like most other places like it.

Food was good, but the atmosphere was terrible. Everyone look depressed. There were three tables, and it took 40 minutes to get our food. Our waitress came to our table 3 times....and one of those was to seat us. I had to walk to the front just to get their attention to pay. Not the best experience at all.

Came here Sunday night with my family and only a few tables seated; multiple servers and staff standing and walking around and not a single person on the staff greeted us. Never took our drink order or even acknowledged that we were there. After being seated by the host, we sat for over 15 minutes before deciding to just leave. Poor customer service and management clearly.
Waited to be sat for almost five minutes. Watched as several people (even a manager at one point) walk out but didn’t look at the front counter once. Lots of cackling going on in the back but couldn’t be bothered to check front so we left for somewhere else. Place was dirty anyway so maybe it was for the best.

Pickup orders run 15-20 minutes over on the estimated wait time they give you, and you’ll waiting the same amount to be seated if you go in; not to mention, you rarely get checked on by the waitstaff. And the food will make you sick 9/10 times. I don’t eat at ihop very often but every time I do, I’m reminded of why I avoid it.

Doordashed some omelettes and the service SUPER slow. Then the omelettes showed without hashbrowns, avocado or sour cream, some for which we paid extra. If you're going to be that slow, order damn well better be right!!!

It was a little cold but warmed up quickly when eating the warm food. The food here is always amazing and the staff were very accommodating. It's definitely more of a laid-back setting and not like a normal sit-down restaurant.
