I eat at IHOP frequently and know many of the wonderful staff. Today was the first time with Vanessa. I found her to be efficient and friendly. And… the food is always good and reasonably priced.

This was a quiet little place tucked away in west valley city and I had seen on the t v six dollar breakfast plates that looked just absolutely fabulous. When we got to this IHOP, the breakfast was not $6.It was $7, and it looked like everything came out of a package.Nothing was homemade. Truly disappointing and biscuit and gravy that cost five dollars and ninety nine cents had the tiniest bit of gravy in A Small plastic dressing to go container. Coffee was four bucks and it was cold and pancakes were not fluffy at all and had no taste. We Were truly disappointed. No waiting lines or anything like that.We got right in and now we see why. So our breakfast bill ended up being thirty dollars for 2 of us. And here. We thought we were going for a six dollar breakfast that looked fabulous.

The last time we came it was a wonderful experience. Had to wait a minute to get checked but was like a 5 minute wait to get checked in. This time around my husband and I came in and we waited about 20 mins and still was not able to get checked in along with others who were standing in the lobby who came before us. And then come to find out that there were only 2 staff working. And so we wound up leaving along with many others who were before us. I gave you guys two stars instead of zero cause the other times we have had a good experience. But not this time unfortunately
