Always great food and great service, so much so that it is hard to find a seat around the noon hour BUT you don't have to wait long in their walk in line or their drive thru by Costco on 2700 West, west valley. Great location

Im not a big fan of In-N-Out. I believe that their food is overrated and that they need to update how they make their fries.

The food was warm but not hot, and the lettuce was browning. The employee was friendly, but I got physically stuck in the drive through, and had to wait a half hour before I got to pay for my food. I'm not going to rate the atmosphere, because I didn't go inside.

I usually love the burger, extra lettuce, extra tomato. Unfortunately, this time, I got food poisoning. Very unusual, but onset was rapid and too close in time for it to come from another source. Probably won't stop me from going back. But a good reminder to be careful.

I think this location hires special needs people. I’m autistic myself so I appreciate that but if your employees can’t do the job, maybe don’t keep them employed? This location is especially awful.

Today 2/1/25 we went through drive through ordered our lunch waited in line for 10 mins or so. We got to the window to pay and the kid taking the money stared at me saying “did we order the coke lite ice?” I responded no. He was like “wait, what?” And stared out to the road responding “I messed up, the people before you paid for your order by my mistake” we literally sat there for 15 more mins before they could figure out what the kids did.
I paid $50 for cold ass food and melted shakes.
Very disappointing because my family loves in and out.

My opinion with all the teenagers working there they need more training in situations like this.

Busy!!!! Don't go through drive through park your car and walk in. It'll save you much frustration.
