I usually order from the app. They always have my order ready before the estimated time. Nice! The employees are always friendly and helpful. I came in one time during a big rush without using the app and was very surprised at how much fun they all seemed to be having. Although I had to wait, it was only 6 minutes for the 3 sandwiches. Great job! ?

I came in at 2030 hrs, they close in 30 min. I get it, you want to go home, but you ever think that this was the only time I had to get food for my family.
The disrespect I got from these employees because they had to make my sandwich before they close.... come on, I always come to this location because it's better than most, but never mind, I'm good. It's obvious that you don't need my money, I'll go somewhere else from now on.

My first visit to this location and I got the worst case of food poisoning from the portobello chicken cheesesteak. I got halfway through it and I didn’t feel right once it started to settle. It’s been 5 days and I’m still unwell. :(

If you’re gluten free don’t come to this location. I’ve never had an issue with my allergy at any other Jersey Mike’s location, but this one didn’t use separate knives, let their gloves touch the counter, didn’t put the paper on a tray, etc. Very disappointed.

Manager is making employees deny using legit free sandwich coupons given to us by the reginal manager. He is lying by saying there are fakes out there so they cant honor any, even real ones. He would rather send new customers away than have to scan a card, and override a company promo for his own store bottom line. His greed and dishonesty has lost a customer forever. I went to the next store and used the coupon just fine. They didnt mention any bogus cards at all. Skip this store and go to one that is more customer friendly.

Okay.So we all know that jersey mike's is one delicious place for subs. But let me just say this if you go to the West Valley location and you have the pleasure of meeting Ashley one of the general managers.You are so very lucky. She is so kind. She makes your food so much better. "If you can even believe that" and she is the reason why I continue to keep going back to the West Valley location. You guys have a SUPERB employee and I would definitely keep her around. SHE IS AMAZING ? & anyone who meets her can't walk away not satisfied.

Was given a coupon from a manager from a different store (since they had no bread) and when I came in to this location to redeem it they straight denied me and said it was fake! It was embarrassing and I felt discriminated.. What’s the point of the coupon if they won’t honor it? Was going to be my first time coming here too but that’s a sign that I’m obviously not welcome..

As I entered there was I’m assuming a manager and supervisor talking. I wasn’t welcomed in the store and no one helped me until the food prep employee assissted me . I was pretty disappointed in that with this being a new location.FOOD: one of my sandwiches weren’t made with the right bread, which is a huge mess up because they assumed I wanted white bread.Not impressed!

I’ve been here a few times and it’s usually good but I learned that it’s better to go into the store and order because if you do an online order this is what you get. You can see the oil stains all over the wrapper and this sandwich was covered in oil and vinegar and mustard and mayo. I couldn’t even taste the flavor of the meat or anything else because the condiments were oozing out of the sandwich. What a waste of money and horrible experience!
