I’ve been here a few times and it’s usually good but I learned that it’s better to go into the store and order because if you do an online order this is what you get. You can see the oil stains all over the wrapper and this sandwich was covered in oil and vinegar and mustard and mayo. I couldn’t even taste the flavor of the meat or anything else because the condiments were oozing out of the sandwich. What a waste of money and horrible experience!

I love Jersey Mike's! I have spent a dumb amount of money there haha in a good way. The employees are always so nice and if there is time they have a little conversation with you.I love the #7 but I've had other's and all so yummy :)I recommend Jersey Mike's to everyone who likes sandwiches or just needs something to eat. Dining room is always clean and the music is just right.Today I went in to get a couple sandwiches and idk if the guy (I think the manager) could tell I was having a bad day and he threw in a couple extras for free. We went to Jersey Mikes yesterday and we’re met by an incredibly grumpy worker who said to us “I don’t even want to make these sandwiches” which felt joking and that wasn’t a big deal until she made an incredibly unjustified and racist remark against one of her nonwhite coworkers. Said nonwhite coworker was very helpful and asking the first girl (white, with split dyed red hair and a cross tattoo on her chest) a clarifying question. The rude worker replied to her saying “sorry about her she’s from our work relief program” it was completely uncalled for and extremely unkind. I wish I had gotten her name but the cross tattoo on her chest is easily identifiable. She not only had a terrible attitude and was racist to her coworker, but her hair was not tied up properly and we found a very long hair (from the white side of her split dye) in our food. I cannot stress enough that every other employee was extremely kind and helpful.
I don't know if all Jersey Mike's are the same, but I've had the same bad experience at 2 of them. About a year ago at the Woods Cross location, I ordered a hot sandwich and hubby got a cold one. I watched them put the meat on the grill for mine. We were talking and not paying attention and my husband ate his sandwich. When I walked up to the counter to inquire about my sandwich, it was nowhere to be found. They had given it to a door dasher! Fast forward to yesterday at West Valley location. Hubby ordered a sandwich online. We live in Tooele County. So they have at least 30 minutes to make the sandwich. We arrive and no sandwich is there for him. They said they made it and someone must have taken it! So I guess you can walk in and take anything there! I won't be going back.
