The food is great but the employees aren't. They gave me the wrong sandwiches, the regular size when I'd specified the giant, and seemed nothing but annoyed when I tried to fix it. They also told me that it would be exactly double the price if they'd done it right the first time, so went to just charge me the same again, but after looking up the menu online it wouldn't be exactly a double. A small difference, but a difference none the less, and one they didn't even bother to look for and were curt and rude when I asked.

How do you make any money closing at 2100 at night? I walked into this place at 8:58pm They had everything already cleaned up and they told me they were closed. They had to have started closing down that store at 8:30 pm.Why even bother opening up a business if you're only gonna be open for ten hours

I ordered a #4 Turkey Tom adding onion and mayo packets on the side. I had to ask to switch mustard packets for mayo (no biggie) but didn’t think to check my sandwich before leaving the store. I ended up with only bread and a couple pieces of turkey….. kinda pricey for a piece of bread when you’re expecting a full meal.

They are the BEST! This Jimmy John’s just donated delicious sandwiches for our rock climbing event for foster teens! I volunteer with Common Thread and we help teens 12-20 transition from the system to adulthood. We host a couple of community building events a month and couldn’t do it without the generosity of businesses like this. Thank you so much!!!

Three times I have been to the one on 5600 three times. They got our order wrong. The first time we called in had a delivery. They covered it and mayonnaise. That was the only dressing. Second time we went through the drive-thru asked for a number. I don't remember the number but it said oil and vinegar got through. The drive-thru started in mayonnaise again. The third time we went through the drive-thru asked for oil vinegar and oregano with no mayonnaise which wasn't even on the menu. We got our sandwich. All they put on it was oregano. They certainly was not busy so not doing this again at this location
Mobile order and they didn’t apply the discount and of course forgot the chips!

Definitely the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. The meat and cheese were hanging halfway out of the sandwich. The bread was soggy because they did not drain the lettuce. The vegetables did not taste fresh and some of the meat was actually warm. So if you want to eat a sandwich that is soggy and not fresh then come to this Jimmy John's. In conclusion, I hate to say this but I've had a better sandwich from subway. (P.S. They were playing very loud music with offensive lyrics and goofing off like children.)

I got an Italian Club with hot peppers. It was a decent sub. Their bread is good, meats seemingly sliced fresh and Best Foods Mayo, with that combination, it’s tough to screw it up

Order me a BLT- extra extra tomato! They hooked me up and they threw in a extra piece of bacon. I could tell. This is like the 3rd time I asked for extra tomato and they got me this time.
