I love me some jimmy johns, but also hate it

Normally love JJ however they must have had a off day, not only were vegetables not washed with chemical taste I spoke to a manager and asked it to be resent on a Bread sandwich would have paid for bread sandwich but twice they didn't send condiments separate and 2nd tie got straw. They advertise freaky fast food, maybe slow down and look at orders. they might be close to my work but opting out as an option going forward.

I ordered a turkey unwhich when I opened the package all this liquid mayo came out of it. It fell apart and was so soggy I couldn’t even eat it. What a waste of money. Won’t do that again.

Nothing like waiting to get called out to pick up a mediocre sandwich only to realize they called your name 10 minutes ago but nobody heard it! Surely you can do better????

I can't say enough good things about pur recent experience. The cashier, Taneil, was friendly, patient, and helpful... traits that I have almost given up seeing in customer service. Well done!

Food was alright until the last half of my sandwich the bread got rock hard and I didn’t finish. And on top of that I know I come in at 8 to eat a sandwich after the gym but you guys say on the website you guys close at 9. So I don’t like the fact that at 8:10 they are cleaning the only soda machine while people are still in shop. I’ve worked at a jimmy johns for 2 years in my past and that was never ever allowed until it hit closing time.! And it’s happened the last 4 times I’ve come and I’m not able to get a refill on the way out.!

I had forgotten how much I love Jimmy John's! I don't have one close to where I live but will make sure I visit this location often as I went there last week and it was just as good as I remembered!

They made my sandwich way too fast and the employees don't have instructions on how to make each sandwich, they are expected to remember every single sandwich from the looks of it. Great for stoners, would not recommend working there tho

Good food, friendly staff, most tables were really sticky even in the morning, and the music was blasting way too loud

My favorite Jimmy Johns! Kye is so phenomenal and goes above and beyond to give the best experience. Will always be coming back!!
