Jim's is just solid. No frills, just good, honest food that hits the spot every time. I got the chicken fried steak with hashbrowns and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The portion was huge, definitely got my money's worth. Our server was super friendly and kept the coffee coming without even having to ask. It's the kind of place you can count on for a good, filling meal without any fuss. We'll be back.

Terrible everything! This restaurant should be ashamed! My elderly parents on a fixed income were turned away for not tipping enough! This is unacceptable they gave you business and for your server to embarrass them like that is unacceptable I will make sure that everyone knows how horrible this place!! Alicia the server is an absolute disgrace and your company should be ashamed to employ someone who lacks customer service, not to mention the male worker with no name tag of course to back her up! Learn some decent human respect, I will continue to make people aware of this horrible encounter so no one else has to be humiliated!! Oh this was at the west valley location so BEWARE don’t give this horrible company your hard earned money they don’t deserve it!

Didn't have a great experience, food was cooked wrong and the waitress gave us our food then didn't come back until we finished our food. I was then able to send back the steak that was cooked wrong. We had to wait for the new steak and for the person to then eat after everyone had already finished.

We come here 2 or 3 times a month and its always good. The prices are fair, portions are big, food is good! The servers are amazing and its nice seeing the same friendly faces each time. I do have one request, I have been waiting for years on yall to carry chocolate chips to make chocolate chip pancakes (they have chocolate sauce but its not the same) I swear I'll come here more if you do!
