I went inside to get food to go tonight and the employee CANNON has top notch customer service skills!!! He got my order perfect with my couple of requests. Like the chicken sandwiches. But seems like 50% of the time I'm missing something even when the order says it was double checked. Last time it was the BBQ sauce for the chicken tenders but they threw in the bag a half dozen each of fake butter and fake honey, even though there was no roll included in what was received.

I have been to this location twice in the last 7 days. Both experiences were bad. Apparently the employees do not know how to read or how to check an order for accura y. First time I ordered a classic chicken sandwich with mayonnaise and I got tons of Buffalo sauce on my sandwich. Then I ordered a tenders meal with 2 ranch sauce. I got buffalo ranch sauce. What is wrong with these people? Not everyone wants Buffalo sauce. Both my receipts show how I ordered it and nothing says Buffalo ranch. I will stop going here since they can not get the simplest of orders accurate.

Really disappointed. No utensils, did not get my receipt. I asked for it did not get the Buffalo sauce I ordered and it took over 15 minutes the food is not warm. And the told me to park next door but when they came out I hD to flash my lights to get their attention.
This is the location off bangerter and 3500s I went in order 12 pcs meals. They usually mixed up every thing soon I get home I opened they filled up with legs and thighs only . Only reason I get it because their chicken breast even wings not there this is ridiculous for almost $45. Out the door. Itās was around 6:00pm 02/09/25 during the Super Bowl game . Never go to this location anymoreā¦ plus itās wasnāt hot

I try not to leave bad reviews but I feel like this establishment just doesnāt care at all. Iāve been a couple times now and each time it gets worse. Tonight I placed a uber eats order and although my delivery was smooth through uber the food I was presented was inaccurate and sorry to say, disgusting. I ordered a 8 piece family meal and received chicken tenders that were uncooked. RAW chicken! I couldnāt believe it. And two biscuits, the Mac n cheese tasted old. The only good thing was the mash potatoes but even the gravy had clumps of something in it. I may steel clear of this place until they get new management. Hopefully soon because I do love the brand. Itās just unfortunate this is the location nearest me. Also Iād like to point out that I do normally go in person and every time I go even if Iām the only person I get parked and it takes them ages to bring out food that is not even fresh.

My wife and I snagged dinner from here tonight and unfortunately we waited about 15 minutes in the drive through. The chicken was dry and bland, the fries were cold and stale. Super disappointing because we came here a week ago and it was great.

I have been sitting outside of KFC for 20 minutes waiting for a mashed potato bowl. I even pulled away from the window so it wouldn't count towards your time and I had to go back to the drive up window to ask for my food. Waited another 7 minutes at the window to have my order. An apology for the wait would of been appreciated. Not sure if I'll go back which saddens me

Tried to give this place a few tries, but honestly each times gets worse! Inside is always dirty so we do drive through. They always forget items. So please DOUBLE check your bags. And have them repeat your order!
