Ordered online. Was told that food would be ready in 20 minutes. Took over half an hour after arriving to get my family meal. They told me they forgot to drop the chicken 20 minutes after I arrived, and they were rude and made NO compensation towards their total lack of care or delay. I spend over $50 on food and had to wait around an hour to get it. Rude service and incompetent workers... worst KFC in the world.Food done after 9:00.

I picked up three chicken tenders à la carte. Not a combo meal, so no drink and no side. It was $7.99 for just three chicken tenders. I’m pretty good at visually estimating protein and I think I got about 4 or 5 ounces of chicken. So that balances out to about $28-$32 per pound for chicken at a fast food restaurant. Pretty crazy. The staff was super nice and the chicken tenders were hot fresh and very good when I got them. It’s just the prices are insane.

They had me wait 12 additional minutes for biscuits which is whatever. But it was way longer and they made me park in the les Schwab next door because they were so behind in the orders. None of the food was even prepared for the dinner rush.

I have a hard time even giving it one star it wasn't the people working there they were good it was the price i got a 12 piece family meal i got 12 thighs and legs no breast at all and paid $40.04 for that not even one breast i should have drove the extra 5 miles to the next place cuz i am so irritated i paid so much for scraps ruined my dinner and mood i was hungryWorked 15 hours ready to eat some chicken but got scraps i almost want to stop going to KFC period was so disappointed i work hard for that money have other mouths to feed that was not worth stopping and embarrassing showing up with that ? wth

I spent more than half an hour waiting, they never gave me my food, I had to leave, I asked if it was ready and they forgot to prepare what I had already ordered, terrible service, everyone was there and they never prepared anything for me, I lost my time and my money, I will never go back eat there

The kid that filled up the 1/2 gallon soda didn't put the lid on correctly. It tipped in my car and leaked all over the floor.

The employees were very friendly. however, I ordered the chicken wings. they are cooked to order. I ordered rwo orders and only got one. I had to ask to get the second otder. Both orders were Raw inside the Second order, I couldn't even eat it. it was so Raw. (Photos to come)

Last minute decision and stopped here for a famous bowl. The potatoes were a little chunky and they could have put a little more cheese in there like they used to. They usually put more corn than they did today.It must have been an off day because we waited 28 minutes in the Drive-Thru for one item. Part of the wait included us being told that we had to wait for corn to be cooked.If I was a part of the management I would have reimbursed the customer (me). I would have won even further and offered a gift card for a future visit.

The food itself was amazing! Con drive through gal failed to understand what we were ordering and even at the window she failed and finally thought it was prudent to remove her earpod from her ear to actually pay attention to us.

So I ordered my food On the app. When I arrived I was informed that they did not get my order. I Went ahead and ordered again... Asked if they could make it quickly because I had limited time. They proceeded to ignore me for twenty five minutes after that. While I listened to them complain about the fact that apparently they had no idea what orders they had completed. Finally informed them that I did not have enough time to wait anymore... Tried to call them on the phone as I was leaving. Was told in order to get my refund I had to call corporate. The woman at corporate was pleasant and told me. I'd get a call back within a day or 2....It's now been a week and I have heard nothing. They kept my money ignored me for half an hour and never gave me my food. I will never eat at another k f c again.
