I walked in to purchase some donuts and coffee on St Patrick’s day without knowing that they were giving out free donuts to those who were wearing green. The cashier that took my order was meh, she didn’t have the greatest customer service. She didn’t even mention anything about a free donut. As I was waiting for my coffee, Mariah, ANOTHER cashier, noticed that I was wearing green and went out of her way to give me a free donut. I noticed that she had great customer service. As more people came in, she was cheerful when greeting every single person and took their order with a smile. More of their team members should be like Mariah and not look so miserable when taking an order. Especially when they’re running a promotion like the free donuts.

Very disappointed. I had ordered ahead to have a dozen donuts delivered to my kids for breakfast as a treat. They have been very sick for over a week and delivery seemed easiest. Unfortunately my order never arrived. After calling the store several times I was finally told that once the food is picked up it's out of their hands. The manager explained that this has happened several times this week and she's frustrated from having to issue so many returns. As a customer who's being told I'm out almost $30, I really don't want to hear you vent about your bad delivery service or the fact that your angry you have to give me a return. The entire situation was handled in a very unprofessional manner. I ended up having to drive down to the store to pick up my stolen order as the manager clearly had no plans to help me. I was not offered a return for the delivery service I did not get. I'm very disappointed and I apologize to any customers that may get sick now. I had hoped to keep my families germs at home today. I would highly recommend not ordering delivery from this location. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Repeated visits during posted hot light hours, but they never fired up production after the early morning. Repeated disappointment, and a half-assed “sorry” each time.
The hot light was on outdoors tonight, and in the app, on a day with a BOGO dozen promotion, but “we figured it would be a really slow day and didn’t make doughnuts for the afternoon rush”

I have not been to krispy kreme for a while. I was craving a Boston Cream donut, so I stopped to get one on my way home. When I got there, I thought may as well get a half dozen. So I decided to get a raspberry filled donut, a Boston cream, and 4 regular glazed donuts. I was shocked when the price was a little over $15. I understand the filled or specialty ones are a little more, but this comes out to $2.50 each. The donuts themselves are tiny! The filled donuts barely had any filling. The glazed ones were honestly not that good. Seriously, it's not worth the price, IMO. I can not justify paying that much for the size and quality and will never go back.

I always come here, but today I wasn't ordering any donuts, just a frozen latte, but 2 of the ladies there treated me in a very racist way and also yelled at me and that was not cool, so please hire people that have people skills or more than that so I spent my time going there and didn't get my latte...what a poor service and terrible...you're welcome.

Their custard "filled" donut has about a tablespoon of filling. Bought one, brought it back, got a replacement, and same story. Also doesn't taste amazing. Not sure what all the Krispy Kreme hype is about; I prefer my grocery store's donuts.
