The doughnuts here were fresh and tasted great, also the store was nice and clean but are they racist? Im a black man and I came because I knew they had a 4 dollar dozen if you buy any assorted dozen. I bought 1 doughnut to try the special then before I walked out I asked are there any specials and she looked me dead in the eyes and said no. I stated are you sure she said yes there are no specials. So I looked at my email in my car and returned and bought a assorted dozen and said can I also get the four dollar special dozen and the way they looked at me was weird. She got the dozen and still tried to charge me full price? What is wrong with people and having fair service. If you dont want to work then dont come. If you not good with customers dont get a job where you have to deal with them. That's simple. Also if a store have a special everyone who comes should get the chance to enjoy the promotions or specials regardless of race, identity or color.

So today, i called Krispy cream to ask about there donuts for A program, and the lady on the phone told me they were still continuing it for another week. So I drove the 8 miles to this location and when I ask the employee about it he told they weren't and then just walked away. My daughter was incredibly disappointed. I will never come here again

I'm not one to complain but the reason I came in today was because of National doughnut day. As stated 6/6 in store on the website. I ordered 4 doughnuts two glazed and two chocolate glazed with sprinkles. I expected to pay for the chocolate glazed. So when I paid I realized a little afterwards while eating one with my toddler I was charged for all 4. I double checked the website to make sure I got the day right and figured maybe it wasn't a participating location. But a mother with four kids came in and from the sounds of it they got free doughnuts. I'm not about to go and complain about not getting something free. It kinda soured the mood of enjoying Krispy Kreme for us. Unlikely to return.

Every time that I have gone to this location, they are out of Apple fritters and no one can ever explain why they don’t have them. They have never changed what they were doing to ensure that they do have them available. It’s the first Krispy Kreme I’ve ever gone to that runs out of the same thing over and over again terrible experience
This location always runs out of specialty donuts even if you order and pay 3 days ahead

I LOVE Krispy Kreme. I was so excited they opened a location near me. Unfortunately everytime I've gone the donuts arent warm and cloud like. Every other Krispy Kreme location I've been to has that experience. I guess the only time to get them like that is opening time. ;(

I received the notification that the Hot Light was on between 5-7pm but when I ordered @ 6:35pm 2 hot dozes they said sometimes they don’t have hot donuts. There needs to be a connection between what the Krispy Kream app and google shows and what’s actually being served. I only drove out here for hot glazed donuts.
I’ll update my review next time if they have hot donuts. Or if the app is updated to reflect what’s actually being served.
