I had ordered doughnuts in advanced to get my kids classroom doughnuts for there Christmas party. Everything was okay until like 20min before the time I placed for delivery they sent me an email saying they canceled my order mind u they never communicated with door dash and I was confused I had to call the store to ask what was going on bc door dash said id get my order but kc said no that they were busy and couldn’t do my donuts I’m guessing they were just too lazy to do them since I placed this order in advance oh and my doughnuts arrived so cold

Stopped by Krispy Kreme and it was good overall, just nothing too exciting. I ordered an iced vanilla coffee with a cinnamon roll donut. Both were decent and hit the spot, but nothing really stood out.

I live by this Krispy Kreme location and love their donuts the most but I constantly get donuts only partially or barely filled and happens quite a lot. Still taste amazing but please fill the donuts that are meant to have filling please. You can see in the photo that my butter cream and biscoff donut has one tiny dollop of cream and the rest is just bread. This is from yesterday and I would never post about such a trivial issue but I come here a lot and it seems to always be the case.

I love their glazed and lemon donuts, as well as bavarian cream. My kids like the maple and chocolate. Those are the best flavors, so I hope they will bring back the lemon and maple, they have seriously limited our choices lately! Maybe that is a good thing! I wish they would make more pudding filled donuts and less kreme filled. Their kreme is gross, but they use that for the base of most of their seasonal donuts.

We love coming in but would suggest having high chairs available. Also having a step row in front of the donuts being made would really benefit smaller children to see.

West valley City location really sucks I'm really disappointed in this place boy this place went to hell in just a short time it's been here not only the lady was rude there but when we got our donuts there was barely any filling in it and we even showed the lady she was very rude she's probably an illegal and the donuts were dry at that ..people don't waste your money here at this location you've been warned p.s plus the donuts were unusually smaller than usual..

I've always said screw local businesses. Cross E Ranch wanted us to pay $20 to get in the door to even so much as smell their donuts, so we redirected 20 mins south west to a company that truly values its customers. Greeted in from the rain with a smile and a gorgeous selection of seasonal donuts, Krispy Kreme I could never quit you.

Kristy Kreme in west valley sucks. Well , their stuff do. They were rude, and didn’t even welcome us. My 3 kids were excited about the Halloween decorated donuts and the employees there took their smile away. It was our first time coming there. Never again will we step on that store. Sad/bad experience!

Went there for the first time ever and it was all pretty straight forward. Walked in, got a box of donuts of my choice, paid and was out just like that Clean store, chill employees, and great donuts. Would recommend their lemon filled or strawberry frosted, those were the best!
