This place is simply a huge win for us Utahns! We must protect it forever. I enjoyed everything to the fullest, from the food to the drinks. It’s our go-to spot. Big thanks to the staff/team!

Really dang good food. My wife and I eat here like 2-3 times a month. Servers are mint people. Alex is our favorite server. I wish the location was bigger.

I will preface this by saying that this is the best Mexican restaurant we’ve been to in the SLC area so far. Given that, I would eat here again. The server mentioned that a lot of customers from CA really love this restaurant. But, if you’re looking for Tex-Mex, this will likely not satisfy that craving. This restaurant was packed on a weekday during lunch and seems very popular. So, this review is meant more as a caution to those hoping for a certain flavor profile.

Did a walk in order. Placed it waited for the Tex to pick up. It never came had to go on and reminded them . O do you have an order? Yes came home only 1/2 the order. Called in and there saying do you want to come back. You’re kidding right . I drove down there for a reason. I stood there like a B in the parking lot not happy also gave him a 17% tip ridiculous these days..

First time visiting last night, and most likely will not be back. The service was just not there. While she was nice. She never returned to the table to ask how the food was or if we needed anything. I waited 10 minutes for her to return to ask for salt but she never did. So I asked the host if she could grab us some salt since she looked less busy. She said yes, confirmed which table we were at and then continued on with her conversation and never brought the salt. By this time its been atleast 20 minutes and still no server. So had to hunt down someone and finally got the salt. Which of course food is cold now. Wouldn't have been a big deal but everything I ordered definitely lacked in flavor. And at the cost, I wanted to enjoy my meal. We got one refill each at the end of our dinner when she did finally show up. Once we were paying the bill. We found out that we were automatically being charged gratuity because we had a table of six. Which I guess a baby counts towards that count. To which we all looked at each other and said now it all makes sense. She was getting a guaranteed 18% percent tip no matter what her service was like. And as a former server, that's just gross. I will say the only thing I did sort of enjoy were the tamales. Nothing else was worth going again.
