Pizza burnt and the people there were just playing around the whole time

Got the usual large pepperoni and buffalo wings. Wings had very little sauce. Pizza was warm at best and really dry. Very disappointing for being more expensive than dominos and pizza hut.

They show several hot and ready items but only had the basic two and there was no one in the restaurant. Took a few minutes for them to acknowledge me, largely ignored. Looks like waiting is the norm and there was nowhere to sit while waiting. Pizza when it came out was hot but sought in the middle when it came out. General feeling is they just didn’t care. They messed up my order on the second pizza and foisted a basic pepperoni on me. Price just not worth what I got and experienced. Do not recommend.

DoorDash and Little Caesars' policies are theft in the worst way. They charge $11 for a $23 order and then pay the Dasher. This is theft from the consumer and the Dasher.

I just went in for two bestest pepperonis and they gave me two cheeses and made me wait 15 minutes and when I called to speak to someone about this they hung up. Very unprofessional, I will never come back to this location.

I was early to pick up my order. The Associated went ahead and prepared it for me. Excellent customer service!

If I could give a negative star I would. The male cashier messed up my order and gave me two pepperonis while I wanted a stuffed crust with cheese, no pepperoni. Second time, still messed up. In the meantime of me telling the kid what I wanted, he proceeds to tell the customer next to me, IN SPANISH, what I said which was wrong, and tried telling the other customer how it was my fault the order was wrong.the cashier ASSUMED I didn't speak Spanish and when I interrupted in Spanish, telling him what I wanted, he still argued back
. Don't ever talk to another customer about the person standing right there in front of you in another language period. NO EXCUSES!!!....The cashier got an ear full from me IN SPANISH when it's my secondary language. I'm as white as we come, but don't ASS-ume us white folk don't understand it.

I was picking up a doordash order for a customer and while I was putting my pizza in my hot bag I witnessed the cashier crumpled up the man who was purchasing a Pizza next to me his receipt and tossed it at him and then angrily walked away I could not believe what I witnessed

I went here to get 2 square pizzas. It only took 14 minutes. The place was clean. They didn't have diet soda😒. The pizza was good, although it could have had a bit more sauce.

I ordered ahead using the app and waited until I got the notification saying my food was ready and loaded into the pickup portal. When I arrived just a few minutes later, the screen showed my name and one other order as ready—but the portal was completely empty.

I waited about 10 minutes while the one girl working the front register helped a line of customers. She seemed stressed and overwhelmed, but the employees in the back didn’t seem concerned or in any rush to help her or check on the pickup orders.

Eventually, I made it to the counter and gave my name. She apologized and handed me my Hawaiian pizza, which had been sitting out on the back counter since I got there. She also forgot my drink at first, which I had to ask for again.

The whole point of ordering ahead is to save time, but instead I ended up waiting for a cold pizza that I had to take home and reheat. Not sure why the app said it was in the portal 15 minutes before it actually was. Just a disappointing experience overall.
