Please tell me why it said our order was ready and in the portal when 1- it was not in the portal 2- only part of the order was ready and 3- they asked me if I wanted pepperoni puffs instead of cheese puffs, and when I told them cheese (like I had ordered) I had to wait an additional 10 minutes in the lobby.

THEY ARE SCAMMING HERE!! went in today and they said they only had extra pepperoni for hot and ready. Both of the pizzas I got only had the regular pepperoni amount on them. This is not the first time this had happened. A difference in price of about 5$. Also everytime this has happened I have gotten charged a different amount. This is not ok

When I got there not only had it been sitting out and cold but when I asked the girl working if they could make another one she had an attitude like it was my fault for ordering online. Cheese was falling off the pizza while it was cold like it was a joke. Take the extra 1 minutes to drive to the store on 56 because this one sucks and has for YEARS.
