The service was great, I just wanna put that out there first. However for about $45 (which is crazy for two people and Chinese food) it was a total let down.
We got the pepper, steak and tomatoes (which I thought was weird on the tomato part), 1 egg roll, 1 order of cream cheese wontons and 1 order of sweet and sour chicken.
The chicken was breaded chicken breast they chopped, which took a lot of breading off. The taste was like the chicken itself was freezer burned and the sauce was VERY watered down.
The pepper steak combo hardly had meat in it and the tomatoes are just the wrong choice all together. For the amount of a meal you get, the rice ratio is way off and is tiny in comparison.
The egg roll, we were warned was the size of a potato, so the nearly $5 price tag didn't surprise me. What DID surprise me is the amount of oil that spilled all over my jeans and shirt when I took it out of the bag, as we got it to go.
They wrapped it in a piece of tinfoil and even after the huge spill, there was more that came out all over my table.
I cannot tell you what it tasted like as the egg roll itself looked disgusting. Like it was from a big frozen package and not made in house. I ended up just tossing it.
The cream cheese wontons were also very disappointing. There was hardly any cream cheese in them, which was a first for us as everywhere we've gone before they're usually pretty hefty.
All in all, we won't be going back. Price is high, food is just oily or tastes weird and despite the man who rang us out being an absolutely amazing person, the food and money just ain't worth it.
Very large selection of menu items.
This is my favorite Chinese restaurant. My family's been going ever since it was the old Magic Wok on 54th. Everything about it is the best. I especially love their egg drop soup, chicken chow mein, and sweet and sour pork.
Good food at a reasonable price
I love their food and the service was great.
Great food
Even have a gluten free menu.
I love the egg foo yung here. It has a savory gravy that is my favorite egg foo yung at any restaurant I’ve been to in the area. For some reason they don’t offer hot and sour soup, which is my favorite soup.
This is nothing like char shu. Tastes fine but has no semblance of “a Cantonese barbecued pork dish.” I’ve had char shu and this isn’t it.
Lucky Chen has been our go to for Chinese takeout for several months now. Won’t go anywhere else, never disappointed! Great food and service, reasonably priced.

Wasted my money here, overpriced and food is completely TRASH. tired of this fake Chinese food here in Utah.
I was here for one of their specials on several occasions! It was great! Thank you!
Some of the best Chinese food in the valley.
We have been going here for at least the last six months and I'm only sad I did not find this place sooner.
the Best egg rolls ever! sweet and sour sauce with them are absolutely the best you will ever find, the beef and broccoli are as equally as good. sweet and sour chicken just as good. The upfront girls are so sweet.
TRY THIS PLACE!!!
Absolute best of the best. Great service even better food
