Since McDonals SSI ch to have self service Kiosk and eliminate front counter register to one register service went down . Crew can pass by on you and no body cares if you stand for some one to help you ( to get napkins, or package of ketchup or refill . ) no including thy hide the pop machine on the back and if you seat on your table and decide get re fill you get lucky if you get service right away cause the crew members busy on drive thru window other fill up the order and put it on back for drive true. Management meet to evaluate this new mode cause instead improve customer service experience they basically let that point of the equation . If I don’t have to stop here I won’t stop bad experience .

A busy lunch times leaves the tables dirty, floor sticky and lack of service when eating in (no tray, no Eye contact). I'm not expecting much, but these seem to be manageable. .

Ordered a 10 piece meal n a kids meal. 10 piece missing its fries and straws. Without a vehicle. Orders fries, another happy meal, cookies, n milk. Food finally arrives, kid is happy. Missing the cookies. Actually insanity. Every doordash order from this location I've recieved is missing at least one item. Unexcusable. Do better. It's been happening for three years.

The cashier's and order takers are absolutely disgusting. The disrespect. The attitude. I live 1 minute away but will now drive 15 minutes just for better service. I will highly recommend everyone to stay away from this terrible location. I rate you a 0 zero, zero , zero

I was ordering 20 double cheese burger and 20 mcchicken sandwiches. The most ruthless employee that took my order felt some type way. All I hear was laziness from this night time employee. Making that much was too much for them to do. Rude and needs more training for customer services.

This McDonald's location dilutes their orange juice. I'm not surprised. They should change the name to orange flavored water.
They can't seem to enter the correct item when they are given the mobile app code, I have been charged incorrectly a few times due to this and their sausage tastes burnt at times. If I come here again I will be sure to enter the order myself on the app rather than having the person at the drive-thru mess it up and not fix it correctly.

Yo they had me pull up to the parking station just to forget about me. I was there for 20 mins I was there and I must have seen at least 20 cars get their food and clear out. I was a huge wave grab there food and leave. I toted there items. There is no way I couldn’t goteen my food before all the cars that got their food. I had to back up and ask for my food. I got it in two mins after that. The last cashier was helpful. Thank you. It seemed very intentional. “Manager” disappeared. Nowhere to be found.

(UPDATE) Decided to order a shake and fries since I was missing the fires from the previous order and they didn’t forget them this time but they were cold like they sat on the table from someone’s leftovers and put them in the bag absolutely unsatisfied with west valleys McDonalds
They ALWAYS forget something in the order I don’t know if they have an IQ of a goldfish but the least they could do is make sure everything’s on the order. it’s not hard!!!
