I wentto this mcdonalds for my lunch andi ordered also asking for extra ketchup and they only gave me one small ketchup, i mean come on this isn't the first time they're are so rude but i just had about enough with them!

I ordered through door dash and they forgot some of my food in the bag. While I understood this happens sometimes as I myself work in fast food myself the worker didn’t seem surprised and simply turned and told some of the other employees to get it she didn’t even say my bad or sorry about that. I understand as I said I work in fast food and don’t really care when I forget something, but I at least say I’m sorry about that when I forget something in an order 😭

Normally I don't set foot in McDonald's due to how genuinely awful their food is, but popped in to this one to take a dump. Boy was i surprised to find the women's bathroom wide open to the public and the men's bathroom requiring approval from their manager. I cannot fathom why they'd only deny one gender to use their restrooms at all.

Recently consistent with bad service. Went there once and asked for mcdoubles with mac sauce only. none of the mcdoubles had mac sauce but said on the wrapper that it did have it in. Two other times I visited or had someone order from that mcdonalds I asked for sweet and sour sauce and both times they didn't give me any sauce. I also always have to wait at a window or parking even when the line is empty for a simple order. the drinks have recently tasted watered down too.

This is the first McDonald's I have visited since I set foot in Salt Lake City 8 years ago. The friendly service of the employees and the cleanliness of the place give me the feeling that the restaurant has never changed in 8 years. I still visit it regularly, at least twice a week. I am really grateful for their service.

My kids are hooked on McDonald's, so I take them there, but I don't eat anything. McDonald's has changed a lot over the years, it used to be geared towards kids, having fun and being where they were comfortable. Now it's kind of sterile and automated and feels more like a doctors office than a fun place for kids.

Worst location, I have EVER BEEN TOO!! I had ordered food in the drive-through, and I was told to pull into a pick-up spot, I waited for 30 mins. I went inside to say something and was told the managers were taking temps on the burgers, and the food would be out in a couple of minutes. I waited agian. When I went inside after another 5 or so minutes, they told me they had given my order to someone else. I pulled around to the pick-up window, parked, and waited agian for another 10 or so minutes for them to remake the order. I parked at a nearby location to eat. My daughter opened her burger box to find long hair, not only on the sandwich but the meat stuck around a part of the hair. I was given 2 coupons for a free dessert, I hardly think that was compensation for the trouble. When I asked to speak to a manager, they were all in a meeting. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Waited 45 minutes for my food after they asked us to pull forward the slowest service. I had to go in and see what was taking so long i was told the manager was doing temps... Terrible service i will not be returning to this mcdonalds. It turns out they gave the order to someone else...now I'm waiting again for them to remake the order. After receiving the remade order, one of the burgers had a hair in it. Worst mcdonalds.

I ordered by mobile app, I arrived at the parking lot and waited 20 minutes and the order did not arrive, then I got out of the car and it was not even ready. In the end, they gave it to me incomplete without the nuggets in a happy meal and I ordered a frappe and a medium and they gave me a small one Note: the place was not full inside, there were not many cars in the drive
