This location is always busy no matter what time of day. My boyfriend was craving McDonald's spicy nuggets so I went to get some for him. I ordered a 20 count spicy nugget, large fries well done, and a hot and spicy. My order looked correct on the screen and was even repeated to me. I paid, got, received my order via drive thru, and left. I made the mistake of not looking in the bag when receiving my food. I got home and realized that they had given me regular nuggets instead of spicy. And the fries were soggy. This isn't the first time this has happened to me and it's pretty upsetting. This is the closest location to me, but I'd rather make the drive to another location.

You go to the drive through too place too look at the menu and they will display the last persons order. I said can I see the menu to figure out what I want to order. They then tell you that you need go order something to see the menu. Well I don’t know what I want to order.Simple annoying.

Just make sure you double check before leaving. Sometimes the order has missing the items, etc.

Their menu is so limited, please go to a full-service McDonald’s instead. When you realize what they can actually make for you, you start to wonder why this location even exists. Now this isn’t just a one-day shortage of inventory, it’s a consistent situation each time I’ve been here.

Honestly I used to always have a great experience here you fast times, great service, good food. But i have to say these last few time have left much to be desired. times still great, but service or rather lack there of from refusal to fix a messed up order to just constant mistakes to orders have left a bad taste both literally and figuratively in my mouth

There is a crew member there that always has a terrible attitude and customer service. Every time! Today the sign says every customer and crew member must havea mask on and off course she did not have one on.
Charged me for a triple cheeseburger and only gave me a double. Slow service, and attitude given.

Today there is a great 2 sandwich deal for 4$. I ordered two of these sandwiches, hash browns and drinks. With this deal it comes to right around 10$. Yay not a bad deal right? Wrong they didn't honor it or really they rang it up as a combo to save themselves time and charge me more money. Not cool. They did revamp the space which is nice but I still won't be back. I get it's only 4$ but I would rather give my money to people that will spend the time to treat me fairly. Food was good though. Also no hustle at all in the prep.

Convenient spot to grab a quick bite before or after shopping. The service is great. Fast and friendly. The facilities are clean. The lady cleaning today was on top of it. They have WiFi. The staff were accommodating when I needed to run my son to the potty.
