The manager really needs to see who they are hiring for customer service. Went through the drive thru at around 10:30pm. While ordering my food this guy had just assumed I was done ordering and told me to come to the window. He had also not charged me for everything I had ordered and had to ask for it at the next window. When I was receiving my food the guy at the window seemed very unlively and didn’t say anything to us not even a have a nice day never had an experience like this before fix your customer service!

I was there with my kids and ended up taking two of my kids to the restroom at separate times. BOTH times I was in the bathroom i witnessed different employees exit the bathroom and return to work WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS! HOLY HELL PEOPLE. Disgusting employees handling your food! Unbelievable.

Why do they always forget items in my order?

They had me pull around to wait after ordering in the drive thru. Completely forgot about me, order 94. After being patient I was rewarded with being completely forgotten about. They offered no explanations and they do have a terrible system for getting correct orders to correct customers, they’ll hand your order to someone else without even verifying. Then I get home and they forgot the blueberry pie and no bbq sauce for the nuggets. Usually a good place but they really messed this one up, and of three employees none of them cared at all. I will not tip you guys anymore or donate.

I am absolutely disgusted with what I have found in my Coke. As I finished my drink, I noticed this black speck within my cup. Come to find out it was a dang fly sitting inside. I know it was in there when i received my drink because i not once opened the lid to . I’m definitely not coming back to this McDonald’s again.

They have a shitty attitude, we got to look for an order for the self-service, and they left us waiting literally more than 10 minutes without anyone to attend to us, when they finally managed to attend us, a white girl came out, with yellow hair and went to deliver the order to us and then snatched it from my husband's hand, without even looking at it or apologizing at least, they left us waiting longer and then they left with the order, order which the other boy did not want to give us either, ignoring and treating badly!
