We waited 15 mins for them to bring us 2 happy meals, and I had to go in and get them. They said they could get anyone to bring them to us. Evertime we go the customer service gets worse.

this place has it ups and downs i get it, i worked fast food before, but this store has had more downs lately anytime i order from this place i am always missing items. i live close to this one and often cant go to another one as im getting home late it is very infuriating when i get home and the things that i ordered aren’t in there. I’ve tried doordashing from here too and the same things happen. once it happens more then 3 times it is no longer a mistake they seriously need better management. I’ve tried calling before but they either hang up once you address the problem or don’t answer at all, i don’t know who manages those McDonalds but they need to do a better job.sincerely a mickyD enjoyer

Night crew here are creepy jerks.You will know you’re a target when they call you ‘valued customer’ in a slow creepy condescending way and then poison your food with god knows what or how. Most likely cleaning agents and metallics because that’s how it taste. This all stems from me keeping it too real and complaining about the service/food quality during shift change (around 4am). I’m half Mexican and Arab I always keep it a thou bruh bet.

We went through the drive through and the manager Jessica was repramanding an employee in front of us. Very unprofessional to be doing that in front of the customer.

Way too expensive for what you're getting. A high quality meal elsewhere is actually cheaper than McDonald's now. Main reason I go here is to save money. Really I'm not saving. I need to remember this.
