The lady working was great, really sweet but she was all by herself the guy who was “suppose to be working with her” was literally gone for like 30 minutes. I’m not sure what kind of management they are doing but it’s ridiculous! You have this lady taking orders and COOKING the food!

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever eaten at. The soda is flat and warm. The food was bland and I swear the paper was thicker the burger patties. Never again will I come to this location. Never

Husband and I wanted to grab lunch after doing a little shopping so we decided to get it here. Was a little busy, no big deal. We waited a little longer than usual. As we were waiting, we watch the fry guy bag orders, reach into the cooler, rubbed his nose than scooped up the fries all without gloves on. Husband asked him why he doesn't have gloves on and why he rubbed his nose on the back of his hand and continued to dish up fries. The young man told my husband that he didn't touch any of the fries and that he is not required to wear gloves. When in fact, the fries did indeed touch the back of his hand. We requested new fries. The head cashier put on gloves and got us new fries. When we got home, the fry containers weren't even half full and just thrown in the bag. We will not be back.

Horrible customer service! We waited 20+ minutes for food, when we were missing food the "manager" said the cashier will get it, even though she had walked outside, I let him know this and rather than giving me the missing coffee he walked to the back. There were 2 other upset customers in the same amount of time we were here. Utter ridiculousness, I don't expect 5 star service but at least try! I'll be calling corporate.

Went in tonight to grab a quick dinner so my daughter and I could get home for movie night. There were only 2 employees, but it looked like they were keeping up ok. The line cook said it would be about 3 minutes on the nuggets I ordered. 7ish minutes later they called my number, perfectly reasonable timeframe to wait for food to cook. My order was completely wrong. Had two sandwiches I didn't order, different sauces than I wanted. The cashier moved my small fry to a small bag and took the rest of the order back. My understanding was my nuggets would be forthcoming. They weren't. After 15 more minutes I went back to the counter, where the woman whose food I was given was waiting for the remainder of her food as well. I explained I was still waiting on my nuggets. The cashier looked completely dumbfounded. The line cook heard my request and quickly got me now-cold nuggets and my sauces. Every container and wrapper was greasy. Really terrible experience. Will not visit this location again.

The waiting time is too long, not enough staff to cook and/or to serve food. I had to wait more than 10 minutes to get the food, which was only a happy meal. Only two people working in the restaurant.

The worst McDonald I've been to (and I've been to some in Washington DC) the staff was really rude even the manager had a bad attitude. They messed up on our order, which is typical for McDonald's. When we told them about it the girl at the counter had an attitude about it. So we told the manager and he act like you didn't care. And the whole place was dirty, the tables were nasty.
