Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I love menchies so much, so I might be a bit biased but it was great, kinda busy but pleasantly fast and very clean.

It's okay some flavors are not very good. When I tried to ask questions about flavors the staff walked away, no one else was in the store so service was not very good. The price is higher than expected but it's ok once in a while.

Pretty good. Prices could be a bit lower.

I am wondering if this place has no owner to take care to check the product We bought ice cream from the freezer there, When we came home we opened it It was only half full and it seemed like it has someone are already ate and put it back,I end up have to throw it away and one more thing ,this place used to be very cute and clean, now when i walked in there is so dirtiest and sticky on the floor,sorry to give one star because this is seems out control now.

Feeling something sweet Menchie’s is where it’s at. You build your own flavor to how you like it.

Always so yummy, but they need to keep their counters a bit cleaner.

The food is really great and the worker America was helpful

4 of the options were out of order when we went in. The staff only talked to each other when they came out of the back. Other than that, one guy was up front and didn't talk or get anyone.

Even at 9:00 pm they still had a lot of good variety of flavors. Menchie's hits the spot every time.

I really want to give this place five stars because the frozen yogurt is SO good — creamy, flavorful, and tons of great topping options. I come here because I genuinely love the yogurt. It’s always a treat.

That being said… the place itself is disgusting. Every time I visit, the floors are visibly dirty, the chairs and tables are sticky or dusty, and the whole shop just feels neglected. It’s hard to relax and enjoy your treat when everything around you feels unhygienic. A quick wipe-down isn’t enough — this place needs a serious deep clean.

Menchie’s, please do better. Your yogurt deserves a clean, welcoming space. Until then, I’ll probably just get my froyo to go.

Horrible customer service. Teenagers have bad attitude....

I've been to this establishment 3 times in the past month and every single time I've gone, the front is always empty and there's no one to greet us. The containers are always near empty and we have to wait for them to refill them. Not to mention they start stacking the chairs and table at 8:45pm when they close at 10pm.

Staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming

All the teens working there hace poor attitude and no customer service.

The teenagers working here are rude and lack basic customer service. My family and I stopped by at 9:15, and there were no chairs outside. When we grabbed some, a teen employee rudely told us they were already cleaned and they were closing soon. Another cashier handed me a dirty, wet rag to clean them myself. I returned all the chairs, but the attitude was uncalled for. So much for “spreading smiles.”

It was very packed on a Friday night. The yogurt was good but many of them weren't ready so we had to pick different flavors.
