Walked in the guy said I'll be right with you. 5 minutes later still has not taken my order two people in line. Walked out.

They gave me so little food manager sucks at his job no good service whatsoever

Other than one nice gal in the store, this experience was infuriating. Drove 20 minutes out of my way to eat here just to get meals that didn’t even have what they were supposed to come with and burnt pork. Dish is missing crispy onions as well as the barbecue sauce why call It barbecue pulled beef Mac without any barbecue. This wasn’t the only dish that they goofed up on. I wish people took more pride and what they did!! You would think that’s where they get their self-worth from, but I guess not.

No one takes your order till you’ve been standing in front of the kiosk for at least 5 mins, and the dude taking the family’s order in front of me in line was very rude.

I can’t believe how good everything they make is. For quick noodle bowls of all kinds, they make a great dish at a great price.

Hispanic guy working at closing time today is a douche. Every time I go in there he seems to have an attitude towards customers.

The people who took my order were very patient and personable. They helped me find what I was looking for on their huge menu. The place was clean and smelled good.

They never should’ve changed the menu. But it’s not just the menu options that I am concerned about. It seems that there’s a drastic decrease in quality of the noodles. Since noodles are in the name, you would think that that would be the one thing you wouldn’t skimp on but 🤷‍♂️. I have no desire to come back because I know any menu item will contain noodles and they will be subpar at best. I could get better noodles from a box of great value pasta.

Ordered through delivery, Pad Thai no protein and a Mediterranean Chicken Salad with 2 sets of plasticware. Received Pad Thai with shrimp for a person who is allergic and the chicken salad had no chicken... too to it off we at least didn't waste the utensils since they were also left out.

It's definitely easy to order online, although the food quality is terrible. Tastes worse than the $4 microwavable meals. Mac and cheese sauce was watery and I wanted Alfredo sauce with my pound of salt. I'll take a jar of Alfredo anytime over this place.
That's what I get for working long hours or not being a stay at home mom, I guess.

My advice is to not order pick up or doordash. The regular bowl is the same size as the small when you do. It's convenient for me to order doordash or pick up because I'm a busy Mom, but I always get less food for the same price unfortunately. Not sure why they give less food because you're ordering to go, I guess less likely to complain because you aren't face to face? It's happened a few times now. Also, thanks for the 2 pieces of mushroom and 1 piece of tomato.
