Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My family and I stopped by for lunch, and while the food and service was good, one employee stood out amongst the others. Cindy who was one of the hostesses was amazing to my family.

Our experience today was absolutely amazing, thanks to our incredible server Yanely D. !!! We came to celebrate my little sister's birthday and the food was delicious but truly Yanely's customer service, attention to detail, kindness and wonderful energy made the experience special !! I would absolutely come back again!

I really like this place. I have never received a bad waiter, they are all super friendly and understanding. They always super attentive and helpful. I love the pastas too, they are so good.

Checked this place out because it was close to our hotel. Their lunch menu was very reasonably priced as well as providing an ample amount of food for a lunch portion. I usually hesitate on Italian restaurants for lunch because of large portions, but this ended up being just right.

Friday we went to Olive Garden, West Valley Mall location. we were with a group of 15 people. It too over an hour to get our food. One of out group didn't even get his order. when the servers brought out food, at all different times, they had no idea who order what. For me the food is very over priced for pasta. After everyone was about finished eating, the servers ask if any one needed a refill. just a bit late. At the end when desert was passed out, my wife didn't get what she ordered. By then I was to upset to even ask the servers what happened. I will never go there again, Wingers just a block south has ten times better servers and more food for the price. Last of all on the way home I started to get sick with very bad stomach ache, of which having me with my head in the toilet for a while. I think our group of 15 all had very bad experience at Olive Garden. I will never go back.

Olive Garden is usually the same, just meh. We had a big party tonight so the service wasn’t the best. The food was fine.

Customer service was through the roof! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. Our server was attentive, friendly, and quick with refills and recommendations. The food, as always, was solid—classic Olive Garden quality with warm breadsticks, fresh salad, and hearty pasta dishes that never disappoint.

The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because the restaurant could use a bit of updating. The décor feels a little tired, and some furniture shows signs of wear. Still, it’s a cozy spot with comforting food and excellent service. Definitely coming back!
