I love the pan they sell there but the women at the counter are just straight up rude charged us double and the atmosphere was just plain

Gave us the wrong cake. Ordered tres leches for my friends birthday and recieved an unknown flavor of cake, looked like a pastry inside. :((( it was delicious tho š®āšØ

The bakery is amazing! I love all the options they have to offer. Yes, they didnāt speak to me like they did the other customers, but thatās because I donāt speak Spanish, and thatās alright! Iām actually perfectly ok with staff not needing to speak to me :)

The cashier was my mom said hi, she doesn't even look at her. That happened yesterday in the afternoon. My mom speak Spanish what a shame of my ppl. Siendo paisana y tratar asi a la comunidad hispana. The cashier doesn't ever speak English. Bad costumer service bad employees.

I walked in and said hi to the worker and she ignored me, then when she rang us up she was talking to the man infront of us and the man behind us but didnt even acknowledge us
I stopped by the new store to get some bread since I havenāt been by the new location. I walked in and was noticed by the cashiers but ignored when I said hi. I came to the cupboards to get a donut and 2 flies fly out of the cupboard. I ignore it because I always buy from here. I finish getting my favorites and I head to the counter, the cashier is having a nice lovely talk and acknowledging the customers infront of me. When itās my turn, she doesnāt turn to look at me and starts a conversation with the customer behind me. Ignored once again. I go home and I call the store to ask for the owner because I had a few questions, same lady answers me and is talking over me when I ask if thereās anyone I can talk to I get āNo.ā and hung up on. Honestly, it really upset me because usually everyone is really sweet but I donāt want to go back because I donāt feel welcome. Itās really unfortunate that had to be the case here. Itās really unfortunate that this kind of service is being allowed. Management should be aware of whatās going on before more customers are driven away.

So good!! I haven't visited many panaderias before, but I can clearly see why this one is my friend's favorite!!
The store was inviting and energetic; much more active than your typical bakery. I liked watching the kitchen at work and hearing all the hustle and bustle of the bakers while we were picking out our things!
And the treats were delectable! I don't remember all the names of each item, but we bought a ton and everything I ate was delicious.
I'll definitely seek this place out next time I'm in the area!

The service is always very good but today it was very bad, a person who was bagging threw the bread into the bag and it looks very bad. That's food and you don't have to do it that way. Another point is that she told the cashier the total and the cashier was wrong and the person who was bagging raised her voice and told her the total again. If she is upset, the person should take it out at home, not on the people around her at work. I hope another day she has a better day.

Is there any reason why the bread doesn't taste the same as before? When the Bakery was in the other shopping centerā¦ the bread was old and stale! El Bolillo does not like dry hard establishment shells the sameā¦. Could it be that they changed bakers and pestos don't know how to make bread??
