It is always way slow service at this location we decided to try drive thru for this visit and when we got home they missed our cub meal (kids meal) but instead gave us 4 egg rolls my daughter was sad she didn't get her broccoli but no sweat overall the food is always yummy just a little more attention to detail and this location could be 5 star

Waited 41 minutes for my online order. The cook was standing around doing nothing for 25 of those minutes. Manager was hiding in the back room during their rush. The only reason I am giving them 1 star is for Juan who was working hard. When I finally got my beef and broccoli there was very little beef (3pieces to be exact). I do not recommend eating at this location.

Asked for service twice , & they were sharing food & on their phones right there where they cook in the kitchen , & ignored me . 7-10 minutes passed . When they finally stopped "hanging out " , when there's a line behind me . Rude , passive aggressive customer service .

I cannot say enough good things about this Panda Express. My friend treated me to dinner and we showed up for late dinner. Everyone was very nice and the plate I ordered was cooked just how I liked it and enough for dinner and lunch the next day. Employees were bi-lingual and super nice. Yum!

Oh, was great to swing in and grab a bite to eat when you work your booty off nice warm meal and a cold day feels so nice. Such friendly people and clean restaurant. Easy to get to plenty of parking can’t complain whatsoever.

I was robbed twice by this restaurant, ordered online the first time and they didn’t bring the 12 pcs of spring rolls & I had to go get it the next day. Ridiculous!! Placed another online order this year and instead of the 12 pcs cheese rangoons they brought the cub deal with only 2 pcs. The receipt on the bag clearly said “Large entree”. It clearly tells me that the employees are careless, don’t even bother to double check orders and don’t even issue refunds. This is the last time I’m ordering from this restaurant. The portions are shrinking & the noodles have too many veggies.

Waited for them to make fresh black pepper steak they said it would be 5 min, took about 15, brought the food home (5 min drive) food was room temp and the steak they had us wait for so they could make it - some of it was ice cold! Absolutely disgusting.
As with other reviews, the portions in this location is so small.. normally in other locations, a bigger plate would be enough to be full and satisfied... at this location you'll need to order 2 bigger plates. Not coming back here again, I would rather drive to the next closest location. Their servings will not fill you up..

So I ordered two kids meal one had three and a half pieces and the other had six so I went in and told them why were they so different and they told me to take some out of the other box and put it into the one that they're only supposed to have four pieces when I've been to other pandas they've given me six per box. I will never come back to the panda on 3051 South and 5600 West the service there was anything but customer friendly
