Hello, good evening, terrible service from the ladies at the counter, like the Dordash delivery guy, they offer you bad treatment, when the food is ready, they don't ask you what you want, what you're looking for, they just leave you waiting and when they think it's convenient, they serve you, it's always the same, why should it be like that? Please call the management, the delivery drivers provide a service on behalf of a customer who is also paying for their food and just like any paying customer expects their food!! That's all .

Ehhhh idk came by for a pick up order and still waited 20 minutes to get it lol I thought I did pic up for the speed 😅 geeeeeesh idk go to the west jordan one instead

I was fine with this place until they charged me for a bowl the same price as a PLATE. I could even ask for a PLATE and get more food more entries and even a drink for the same price or less than what I was charged for a bowl drink and extra entry. I told the manager and he throw me some BS explanation that didn’t make sense according to the prices on the wall. It’s horrible that they put some prices on the wall and later charged people whatever they want. People check your receipts maybe this is happening a lot of often.

Ordered the Bigger Plate with: fried rice,white rice, 2 beef broccoli and teriyaki chicken and didn't get the teriyaki chicken. I can't drive there, that's why I ordered delivery. Places need to verify the whole order is ready before giving it to the delivery driver. Waste of money to not get all that is ordered.

The service is absolutely garbage. Food isn’t all that great either. Plus the workers are really foul. Wouldn’t recommend this panda ever to anyone.

I ordered a large drink and they gave me a large cup that was half full 🤌 like what even is that 🤣

Food is good, portions are terrible. Ordered honey sesame chicken, but they gave me a scoop of just the green beans that are part of the honey sesame chicken. Not even one piece of chicken. Didn’t notice until I got home.

Noone ever acknowledges your existence and you could be standing there watching them make orders for delivery the whole time and they won't say a word to you. Then finally it's your turn and they finally speak. Good food but unpleasant experience every time I go there which isn't often.

I love Panda Express. There are lots of delicious choices. My favorite is the plate where you can choose 2 entrees and 1 side. I always get half fried rice and half chow mein for my side. Some of my favorite entrees are sesame chicken, orange chicken, Beijing beef, and honey walnut shrimp. They also have delicious egg rolls and cream cheese wonton. The employees are always friendly and the service is always fast. The portions are big, so you definitely get your money's worth.
