I ordered on the Panda app and forgot to choose delivery. I called and Maria said it was too late to cancel but she would hand deliver it to me. That’s customer service!!! Amazing service and went the extra mile literally!!! Give that girl a raise!!

Worker wouldn’t take my order the way I wanted at the end of the day I was paying for it and the worker made me feel uncomfortable and questioned every item I ordered. Never coming to panda again

Giving 1 star only because of a single employee, Carl. We asked for the bowl but if we could have it in the white styrofoam container because we don't like our food mixed. He told us no and when we asked why he said it looks like we would be stealing and and getting more portions. Which was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable. How could we steal food and get more portions when he would be the one serving it? We walked out and didn't purchase any food. Went to Mo'Bettaha's instead.

Absolutely the worse customer service. I have been here 2 times and both times were ridiculous. If you're not going to have good service the food bettter be on point. You miss that mark also. But it comes from above. The manager walked by my 3 times and ignored me. Employees follow lead. Just go over to the chinese place in Smiths. They have better food and you dont inconvenience them with your presence

As a vegan I was looking for the tofu eggplant and they ran out ,but that did not stop the staff from making a really delicious meal. Thank you.

I came in to pick up an online order. I went to the register to pick it up while there were a handful of people placing orders at the counter. I tried to be polite and not interrupt and after each I tried to step forward to the register to ask for my food and Everytime I was ignored. I'm actually pretty certain the employee at the counter was intentionally refusing to even look at me so he wouldn't have to acknowledge me. And in the middle of all this people from the dining area would come up next to me and he would immediately acknowledge and help them and continue to ignore me. Finally when there was nobody else around he acknowledged me. So in the end it took over 10 minutes of sitting there when it literally should have taken 15 seconds. 10 minutes would not be bad at all under extenuating circumstances, but this was not an extenuating circumstance and when they were intentionally ignoring me just put me over the edge. I will not come to this location again.

I can see why this place has a 3.7 rating. I walked in to pick up an online order and not one of the four people up front acknowledged me. I had to get their attention and say “excuse me” very unprofessional and rude I’ll go else where next time

They treated me so kindly today, I wish I got the 2 employees names. They made my food fresh and while waiting they came out and gave me a drink while I waited. It was a nice change compared to other places that barely say hi or thank you. So thank you panda for having great employees!!

One of worse Panda Express in Utah that I have been too. I can understand drive thru is important but having to stand there for 10 minutes while car after car goes thru is WAY TO MUCH. Management here needs to learn balance. Then get you get your food, it's cold!!!...due it sitting on the counter because you have nearly all your staff doing drive thru and door dash orders is beyond ridiculous. This has now happened 4 to 5 times and today was just another time. Do better.

I ordered through door dash, immediatelyI after I ordered I called had to call and call and call and call etc for someone to answer. Once they did I just wanted chop sticks and the sauce on the side. They said that the order had already been picked up, and they did put everything in that we asked for. I got off the phone I saw that my driver was still on the way to the location. I messaged the driver and he said he would make sure we had that.
Sorry but there should be some sort of communication! I wasn't asking for anything out of the ordinary, and being told it was already picked up is kind of ridiculous
