I had such a wonderful experience at Panda Express thanks to an amazing employee named Kathy. I don’t usually eat out alone with my kids — they’re 5, 4, and 3 years old — because it can be really overwhelming, especially without my husband there to help. But my kids were craving Panda, so we stopped in.
From the moment we walked in, Kathy was so kind and attentive. She noticed I had my hands full and went above and beyond to make things easier for me. She not only helped get our food to the table, but she also gave my kids extra fortune cookies, which absolutely made their day.
It may have seemed like a small gesture, but to a mom trying to wrangle three young kids on her own, it meant the world. Kathy’s kindness made our visit enjoyable, smooth, and stress-free — and for that, I’m truly grateful. Thank you, Kathy, for being such a thoughtful and caring employee. Panda Express is lucky to have you!

This location close at 12 but its 11.20 and they dont let me asking for my order

The truth is that I went to eat 2 hours ago and the manager of the place is a rude racist and everything that can be said you don't know how to treat the clientele and it was with so much hatred that he gave me the food that I went to the bathroom more than 3 times for so bad that he gave me my lunch what a shame but I won't go again

Made me wait 10 minutes for orange chicken got home and didn’t even have orange chicken in my plate would not recommend they don’t give a GAF

Order food ahead of time just so when I get there they take everyone else order and don't start making mine until after another 15min. I could have just order there and it would have been faster. They need to work their online orders better because that's the whole point to not wait
