Panda Express

Went through the drive thru, just to sit and wait for 20 minutes after being told my food will be brought out to me due to waiting on a food item. I had to end up going in for my food and get it, just to see it was ready for who knows how long and the food is not warm or fresh. No apologies on the wait or anything just ridiculous even more so since other cars were told the same but lied to. If you're not gonna serve as a drive thru then shut it down.

It so bad here if I could give it less I would. They said a 5 minute wait for orange chicken and an egg roll it ended up taking longer and when I asked for a refund they looked at me like I was stupid and one of the employees even said that’s not my job. They even all walked away.

If I could give 0 star I would. When I walk into this location I watch every order they do on many occasions they run out and give less then expected. Tonight I decided to give them another try I’m drive thru I asked for half and half. For 26 dollars this is what I get barely any noodles short on shrimp and a few pieces of beef with no rice. This is outrageous price for what they gave me. Very disappointing.

I just made an order online. My coworker went to pick up the food and cashier refused to give extra teriyaki sauce because "it is already in the bag" "if you want more get in line". My surprise! There is NO TERIYAKI SAUCE IN THE BAG! How you are supposed to enjoy your order with no sauce. Terrible location, Terrible customer service

It's fine

The food was there and the delightful lady who served me was friendly, but everything was starchy and flavorless.
I didn't realize how bad Panda Express is until I tried a really good Chinese food place.
Fast and convenient shouldn't exclude taste.

I hate to say it, but I've eaten at many a Panda Express. I prefer independent places, but the one I went to nearby was closed and I was hungry. So why the low review? Look at the picture of my food. This bowl was light on both noodles and chicken, compared to any other store, including airport locations! It tasted fine, it's just that portions were small. If you want to save money, tell your staff to stop putting four packets of sauce into every drive-through order if they didn't ask for any! There may be another Panda Express nearby. You might want to try that one.

Panda Express is one of my favorite goto spots when I want it fast.

I love the teriyaki chicken, fire cracker shrimp, and orange chicken. I also enjoy the beef and broccoli.

They do such a high volume of customers, and that keeps the food hot and fresh.

I goto the one at fashion place mall and 5600 S Redwood.

I don't eat in very often, I'm usually on the go with them.

I recently ordered the bowl of Black pepper steak, it was very delicious.
Today I stopped by and ordered the same thing and 4 egg rolls.
I arrive at my destination and oh surprise they gave me chaow mein and loa 4 egg rolls and nothing about my Black pepper steak, I call them and they tell me that if I want to change it I should come back, because they think I have time available, terrible service rl today 9 /30/24

The cashier was so disrespectful to me when I only wanted to by a drink for my daughter who was thirsty, I asked the cashier if I can only get a drink she ignored me the 1st time I asked her again and she yelled at me after her! When the customer she was referring to was barely starting to order! And she wasn't doing anything but standing there! Worse experience ever! So I left.
