I ordered a cub meal with honey walnut shrimp. Which you have to pay extra for shrimp. Which is fine. First, they were waiting on chow mein so I had to wait 10 min. Ok. That’s fine. However, once I got home and opened the food. There were just four peices of shrimp. FOUR. WTH! Not cool. NOT. COOL.

Very busy store. But the food is the best of any panda express I've been too. Bigger portions. Than any panda express. I highly recommend. And the store isn't in the valley Fair Mall. You need to drive south.. Google map,s suck.

Food always tastes great. Though, I don't think I'll be using the drive thru anymore.You should inspect your food before leaving. I used the drive thru, then when I was able to open my box of food, I found out I was given less than half as much food as normal.I got 2 orders of a "plate." 1 was noodles and 2 orders of Beijing beef. Half the noodles were missing. The orders of Beijing beef consisted of about 4 pieces each.The other "plate" was noodles with Honey sesame chicken and orange chicken.Again, half the noodles were missing, the honey chicken was only 2 pieces of chicken and 5 green beans, and the orange chicken consisted of only 3 pieces of chicken.Severe let down! Horrible experience!Panda is always delicious, but I definitely suggest going in and watching it prepared. Otherwise, you'll probably get ripped off.

I'm not one to be easily offended by the average customer service rep. I understand they are basically telling me whatever their company wants them to say for the most part. Having said that, I had an absolutely terrible experience with this location's drive through.My fellow eater ordered their food first (a plate with white rice, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken), we were told they don't have teriyaki chicken. OK. Annoying, but hey, stuff happens. So they got double orange chicken. I ordered a large side of the same entrée, being told they don't have enough to make that order. I asked about a different entrée - nope. Can't order it.Finally, getting a little more annoyed at this point, I ask what they have. Kung pao chicken. That's my only option? I asked, incredulously. Bree (Brie? Bri? Idk spelling) said yes.I asked how long it would take to make more of my preferred entrée and was given a lecture about how I'm not the only customer and that the kitchen is too far backed up to wait for anything. I would swear the speaker was dripping with disdain with how rude she was. I was surprised because most panda locations will give you an estimate of how long it will take and let you wait but this time I was told that I couldn't even place my order.I would have understood if it was remotely close to closing or if they were short-staffed (which we asked about) and it turns out they were fully staffed AND! There was more than an hour and a half before closing.Anyway, we end up getting the few items they would allow us to order and the plate came with rice aplenty but only about 12 pieces of chicken, clearly scraped from the bottom of the wok. SUPER DISAPPOINTED with this experience and would STRONGLY recommend any of the other restaurants in the area around this mall as most of them have pretty excellent customer service in my experience. (especially by comparison)

My latest experience wasn't the best. They cooked two of our entrees, and those entrees just sat there getting cold & soggy while the third entree was being cooked. And I could clearly see that they were filling drive-thru orders with the same entree that I was waiting on, and I had clearly placed my order well before the drive-thru people. And then it turned out that one of the entrees was undercooked, while another one was overcooked.

The food at this location is hit or miss. Last night the fried rice was burnt. I had chunks of burnt rice in my plate and the green bean chicken was more beans than chicken.
