Driver took off with my pizza AFTER making me stand outside in nothing but my robe for over 15 minutes while we waited for his general manager and assistant manager to come to the phone, and general manager REFUSED to help, told me he would rather eat the loss than to take any bill over $20 even for a $90 order, they are “worried” bills over $20 may be fake, I’m sure they can afford a $3.00 counterfeit money marker, and they have my address name phone number and finger prints if it was fake 🤦🏼♀️

The older female employee has a terrible attitude towards customers and talks about them when they call in asking about their order. They don't have enough employees working so the wait is extremely long.

After several orders from this location with several issues I can not recommend Papa Johns as a whole. They use the worst delivery service. They have lost items, wrong items and flat out wrong order every time. Not once has it been 'full and correct'.

My order didn't go through the call center and my pizza was delayed for about an hour but when I called the person over the phone made it right and he sent me a pizza right away for free .. Thank you very much!! It was delicious

This is the WORST Papa Johns I've ever been to. We ordered online and it said the pizza would be ready in 12 minutes? Pretty quick we thought. So my husband left when they said the pizza was ready. When he got there, it had just barley went in the oven. So he got to hang out there while our pizza got cooked??? Very annoying. We said light on the sauce, it was DRIPPING with sauce haha. We also got stuffed crust and it's like they don't add any extra dough to the pizza. You just get the flattest pizza EVER, because all the dough is used with covering the cheese in the crust. Its HORRIBLE! We only get pizza every once in a while, and when we do it's usually this place. We regret it every time haha! When will we learn lol.

Was the best pizza experience I've had in a long time, the bigger gentleman who seemed to be the night manager should be given a raise with how good of customer service may not be the closest shop to magna but will be my preferred shop for as long as I'm in salt lake.
Please do away with Door Dash and stick with Papa Johns Delivery Personal. Door Dash is a rip off and We Love Our Papa Johns Delivery Boys and Girls.

never had a bad experience until tonight I went to pick up a doordash and some guy named austin had an attitude right when I walked in and said didnt I tell you the last time you need a hotbag or I cant give you your order..keep in mind I had never seen this guy in my life. I said whos policy is that because ive never heared that before he said corporate. So I called corporate to make a report and they said no thats not our policy and asked me for his name which I went back to the store for and to explain to him what they had told me he acted confused. worst service ever wont be going back there.

Worst place to eat food is not what picture says this is what I ordered and what I'd a Alfredo without noodles and white sauce but picture below is everything I came to not even worth 10 bucks spinach and lots of mushrooms and 6 prices of chicken tomatoes and onion and small cheese bad service they would replace or swap out for a new item for me

I'm used to ordering this place late night, they mess up one or two details usually, whatever, my bad for ordering so late I guess. but tonight I received.... A half way cooked doughy mass of cheese? It was not pizza, it was practically liquid. I ate half of it because I was starving and it was disgusting. Might be the worst food I ever paid for, and I paid $20 for a pie that was not a pie. Pictured is the received product after I tried to recook it (didn't work, was basically still a liquid mass other than the outer crust)

I called to speak to someone about how our pizza we picked up was not satisfactory. The manager Julian told me what he had “on his end” was not what I claimed we ordered. I tried to speak to him and explain I had screen shots of the order. He then hung up on me. When I called back “ I was sure the phone dropped, who in management hangs up on the customer?” He told me he hung up on me because he didn’t want to argue with me. He then hung up again. I called back a 3rd time. He answered shouting “ please stop calling here, I have other orders and customers I am dealing with.” I called the customer service line, not the store, and spoke with a very nice person who explained I would be called back with in 24 hours . Julian has no business working with customers.
