I ordered delivery tonight because I didn't wanna cook dinner. And then just before my order was delivered I got a text saying DOOR DASH WAS DELIVERING MY PIZZAS TO ME. OK FINE BUT NOT FINE THIS IS CALLED DELIVERY DOOR DASH NOT ME COME FIND YOU DASH. I'm disabled and already have a hard time going up and down stairs but when I have 2 pizzas, cheese sticks and sauces in trying to carry up a flight of stairs to my apartment isn't right. I had to go find the idiot dasher that cannot read directions he tells me that my address isn't correct.. I get you guys may be busy or short staff but I hate when the dasher can't find your place and I have to go track them down and I had to walk upstairs with a bad leg THAT I HAD 7 SURGERIES ON and my things that I ordered. I didn't wanna inconvenience the dasher by having him walk upstairs just to give me my food like HE WAS ORIGINALLY SUPPOSED TO. . TO BAD HE GOT A TIP BECAUSE HE WASN'T DESERVING OF ONE..

I have never had a bad experience with a Papa John’s pizza or bits until today. The sauce was not prepped like is supposed to be with Italian seasoning basil and Oregano. The sauce tasted like all the others bland. Jalapeño bits were more like a little cheese and sauce and oh yeah we forgot to add the jalapeños so we will just throw them in. Then I get a door dasher to deliver my order for 5 minutes I explain to him there was to be a Pepsi with it and he tells me that they never gave it to him. I even pointed it out on his order o. His phone that there was to be one. So I call the store talked to the manager I think and explain to her m what happened and he was like well not my fault what do you want me to refund your money for the drink or what. I said yes please. The respond I got was well it’s going to take 2-3 days to get that back. That’s fine with me. I do know I will not order from here again or even a carry out either. Also as you can tell there was not even no Red tape seal on either. So how do I even know the door dasher didn’t tamper it. As he spoke and didn’t understand any English what’s so ever. We had to use Google Translate just to even communicate about the issue.

I came in tonight and ‘The Jacob’s’ took care of me! (Both guys were named Jacob). They were so great, the front Jacob was super kind, goes out of his way to take care of the customers. The back Jacob was super friendly and I’m assuming he’s the one who made the pizzas?! (Which were perfect). Anyway; they just made me smile and I appreciated them so much. Thank you Jacob’s! I appreciate you guys!

Driver took off with my pizza AFTER making me stand outside in nothing but my robe for over 15 minutes while we waited for his general manager and assistant manager to come to the phone, and general manager REFUSED to help, told me he would rather eat the loss than to take any bill over $20 even for a $90 order, they are “worried” bills over $20 may be fake, I’m sure they can afford a $3.00 counterfeit money marker, and they have my address name phone number and finger prints if it was fake 🤦🏼♀️

The older female employee has a terrible attitude towards customers and talks about them when they call in asking about their order. They don't have enough employees working so the wait is extremely long.

After several orders from this location with several issues I can not recommend Papa Johns as a whole. They use the worst delivery service. They have lost items, wrong items and flat out wrong order every time. Not once has it been 'full and correct'.

My order didn't go through the call center and my pizza was delayed for about an hour but when I called the person over the phone made it right and he sent me a pizza right away for free .. Thank you very much!! It was delicious
