Amazing place, they’ve been here at least 10 years +!!! You know it has to be good when one man dedicated his life to making pho. He seems bitter, but as soon as I started talking to him about how we used to come here as a kid his face lit up immediately in the kind of way that makes you feel warm inside. If you feel disrespected by him I promise it’s not intentional!! Best Pho shop in Utah hands down

The pho was amazing!! Very authentic Vietnamese food :) my boyfriend and his family have been coming here for YEARS! The place is a little run down but one man runs the whole show- he cooks, busses, and serves the table! We will be returning ❤️ ignore the negative reviews, the food is great 😊

This place is legit. The building is a little rundown, and the server(who is also the cook, busser, and owner) may only say 2 words to you. These are all classic indicators that the pho is going to be excellent and in this case it holds true. I've had tons of pho and so far in Utah this is the only place I actually crave to go back to. Very generous portions, the broth is a perfect mix of herbally and beefy, and the limes they bring to the table are super juicy. I would seriously eat a light bulb if it was served in a bowl of this broth. The bun bo hue is also excellent and actually spicy. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite places to go for years! The Bún bò Huế reminds me of my mom's shortcut recipe. Closest to authentic I can get in Utah. Portion sizes are massive. A couple of reviews pointed out the 'grumpy man' and how run down the place looks. The service really isn't that bad, the man is efficient and does his job well. Maybe something's wrong with me, but I'll take authentic good food over atmosphere and service any day. And again, both of those factors here really aren't bad at all. It's a family business, I'm not expecting a luxury experience.
