I was very pleasantly surprised when I came here with my friends! Listen, dive bar prices plus bowling is a win in my book.I wish they stayed open a little later, but that was my only complaint.When we walked in, my first thought was that it was weird people were sitting at the bar with no intention of bowling. But then I realized how cool of a vibe it is.They have big screens for sports lover, and the prices really are fantastic.The staff was really nice, it's always a good sign when the employees aren't 21.Long story short, go check this place out.

I have been here many times and never had an issue I really like this place. So my wife and I invited 25 or so people to go there for her birthday since it was St. Patty's day you would think they would have a bartender ready to serve drinks. However they put the slowest bartender I have EVER seen on duty that afternoon. She had ZERO interest in trying to get drinks out in a timely manner. We were trying to bowl while having drinks we had 4 lanes and most of us spent the first 6 frames trading places in line trying to get a drink. We had 6 people bowling on every lane so this was a HUGE headache!!! The security guy was very nice and extended our time on the lanes which is great and the right move but we still struggled to get drinks the entire time we were there. She would be on her phone and moved like she was in no hurry while having 10 people waiting in line. Finally a server came on to help but by then the damage was done. Then to top it all off the bartender added auto gratuity WITHOUT telling us. It is a BAR you are a bartender she didn't wait on us we waited on her!!! The server adding that is fine she brought us food and drinks but the bartender DID NOT and with the absurd amount of time we had to wait for drinks this is not ok! If you go into this bar and Sabrina is working turn around and leave!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! They cut our friends off after 2 drinks when they weren’t even buzzed. They are fun haters. I did a headstand and they yelled at us instead of kindly asking us to not do what we were doing. There’s a way to ask someone to not do something instead of yelling. VIBE IS HORRIBLE. Don’t go. Music is horrible too. Bartender also took forever to get us anything. Go to the West Jordan location instead.

The bartender and sever cut my group off after 2 drinks each. we paid for a 2 hour lane and only stayed 45 minutes because they killed our vibe. I do not recommend going to the west valley location.

We like this place. The food is pretty decent for bar food. They have a good beer selection, friendly servers and bartenders and the guys at the front are pretty friendly as well. The only problem I have is that there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of training going on as far as the policies. Every time we go in and ask a question, we get a different answer from the last time we asked it. We called to ask questions about the online reservation and we spoke to a young lady who clearly had absolutely zero idea how any of it worked but instead of just saying "I don't know, Let me go ask someone" she proceeded to make up false information and pretty much just give us the run around and waste our time. If they implemented a training program and they had a more knowledgeable staff then they would get five stars for sure.

We came here as a work team on a Fri afternoon, it took 1 1/2 hours to get our food, we had to eat quick so we could bowl and then our lanes froze multiple times and we had to track someone down to figure it out. We will not come back!
Easily the worst bowling alley I’ve been to. Had four separate occasions where it messed up my score, and the lane was so bad the balls always slid to the right. If that wasn’t bad enough they charge you 50 for an hour, so you get cut off half way thru your game. And then when you correct you score on their computer, it’s still not accurate. Crazy that this place is in business

Securities were very respectful and understanding of the situation. Bartenders were racist and judgmental over Polynesians. We ordered our first 10 shots for 10 of us, 40mins later we tried to order our next round but told us that they are trying to limit our drinks. This place is a joke smfh

They should be open til 1am on fri/sat. They are busy enough to make up for how slow they are on weekdays but they close at midnight and push everyone out as fast as they can. Take advantage of the busiest time and let everyone keep bowling and having fun.
