I ordered online with my son because he wanted to use his birthday money to get pizza. When it came, a grubhub driver dropped it off and mentioned they didnt give her the sodas or little desert that i ordered and said shed go back to pick it up. When she did come back she stated they yelled at her because of the sodas and desert and said they didnt have any more of that item and told her to use her own money to pay me back because i paid cash. she just asked if i could call and figure it out. I continued to call and a young man told me i got my refund already and hung up on me. i tried to call back and they didnt answer. I usually dont get this upset over a few dollars. But my son used his birthday money and i felt terrible. Money can be replaced but how shitty. Terrible customer service. :(

Whoever made these disgusting pizzas, please reevaluate your employment choice. You seem as miserable as the inedible food you made with what appears to be your eyes and brain closed.

Called costumer service and told me they were gna have the manager called me back and they never did I called the store a week later and we're gna do a refund and never did.. I used my rewards and they told me they couldn't do nothing about that.. And almost a month later and never got my refund I love pizza hut but I'm never coming back to this store..

Crust was like cardboard and dry. Barely any cheese and there were huge bubbles on the pizza where there were no toppings. Little ceasers beats them in every category and costs half the price. How on earth did the f pizza hut up this bad?

I saw the reviews after I placed my order and feared the worst, but nothing could be further from the truth. The pizza was great! I loved it! It was cooked perfectly, had a good presentation, follow my instructions, and tasted amazing. Definitely one of the best I’ve ever had.

If you order delivery online they'll doordash your food to you and have that driver from doordash deliver it somewhere else far away from where you're at. Terrible experience from this location. They restarted my order after the delivery driver couldn't deliver it properly.
If I could leave a below 0 review I absolutely would. 84 dollar order plus a 15 dollar tip for the pos door dash delivery driver.
We ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks, ranch and 18 wings. Wings and ranch cost almost half the price of the order which is what was missing. Yes missing.
Sat on hold to talk to someone for 20 minutes then the person who finally answered talked like she was trying to seduce me kept trying to call me back wouldn't help at all complete waste of a 30 minute phone call.
Finally got ahold of the manager at the store and he said he was sending replacement wings and sauce but guess what no wings or sauce.
Delivery driver spoke ZERO English. THIS IS AMERICA SPEAK ENGLISH.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE FOR DELIVERY IF YOU WANT THE FOOD YOU PAID FOR.
They almost had it thrown in their face I was that mad.
Should have went to olive garden and waited 40 minutes to get a table

I ordered through Door Dash the other night. So I ordered 3 personal pan pizzas and boneless wings, the wings on all 3 orders were hard no meat and the pizzas the beef, and pepperoni was so crispy and was too marina sauce this was my first time eating from the food was awful I would not recommend this place to anyone

I made an online order for pick up and bought breadsticks and I paid for two extra sauces and I didn’t get any sauces at all. I even asked the guy in the front that was helping me if all the sauces were in the bag because it didn’t look like any sauces were in there and he even said yes they were in the bag and they weren’t. I want a refund for my extra sauces I paid for. Waste of breadsticks
