If you order delivery online they'll doordash your food to you and have that driver from doordash deliver it somewhere else far away from where you're at. Terrible experience from this location. They restarted my order after the delivery driver couldn't deliver it properly.

If I could leave a below 0 review I absolutely would. 84 dollar order plus a 15 dollar tip for the pos door dash delivery driver.

We ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks, ranch and 18 wings.
Wings and ranch cost almost half the price of the order which is what was missing. Yes missing.

Sat on hold to talk to someone for 20 minutes then the person who finally answered talked like she was trying to seduce me kept trying to call me back wouldn't help at all complete waste of a 30 minute phone call.

Finally got ahold of the manager at the store and he said he was sending replacement wings and sauce but guess what no wings or sauce.

Delivery driver spoke ZERO English. THIS IS AMERICA SPEAK ENGLISH.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE FOR DELIVERY IF YOU WANT THE FOOD YOU PAID FOR.

They almost had it thrown in their face I was that mad.

Should have went to olive garden and waited 40 minutes to get a table

Worst I ever had, looks like food already cooked and someone didn't want it, and I would order the same thing, terrible, service terrible, food terrible. I want my money back. Had to throw in trash 🗑️

I ordered through Door Dash the other night. So I ordered 3 personal pan pizzas and boneless wings, the wings on all 3 orders were hard no meat and the pizzas the beef, and pepperoni was so crispy and was too marina sauce this was my first time eating from the food was awful I would not recommend this place to anyone

I made an online order for pick up and bought breadsticks and I paid for two extra sauces and I didn’t get any sauces at all. I even asked the guy in the front that was helping me if all the sauces were in the bag because it didn’t look like any sauces were in there and he even said yes they were in the bag and they weren’t. I want a refund for my extra sauces I paid for. Waste of breadsticks

Ordered my pizza and a couple sauces with it. They failed to deliver the sauce and I called and asked them right away. If I could get the sauce, they said they’d be right back waited 45 minutes. Call the Store and the manager named Cameron answered and I asked him where it was and he said DoorDash had it and I said well they haven’t delivered. I want a refund And I said this ruin our dinner and I said that’s not my problem. Don’t waste my time and he hung up on me their customer service is horrible and I would love for a manager, a actual manager to give me a call back. Don’t order from this place extremely rude Manager

I ordered pizza from here, the driver left it out in the rain and didn't deliver the drink. The person that answered the phone wouldn't do anything to help. Horrible customer service and even contacting corportate via chat, they promised upper management would contact me. Yeah, that is a lie. Worthless company! No more orders from me, nor anyone I have told about this! You just lost multiple customers!!!! Shame on you!!!

Horrible!! Burnt pasta, cold pizza, no dipping sauce for breadsticks! Ordered through website yet door dash delivered. Couldn’t find address and didn’t speak English!

Sent the door dasher out with the wrong pizza. Called to get another one sent out. 2nd dasher said they charged her card and that I needed to pay cash. Said absolutely not and refused the delivery. Called *again* and was told it'd be resent *again* but never received the pizza. Called a fourth time and got kicked over to Door Dash who did send in a cancelation request to Pizza Hut so we'll see if I get my refund. Will not be ordering from this location again. Absolutely ridiculous.

I placed an order for delivery thru the app, which after the order was placed it said carry out so I called the store and had it changed to delivery. They told me it would be to me in 25 minutes. An hour went by and I tried getting thru over the phone to check on the status but nobody would pickup. After An hour and a half of waiting I got a notification that my order will arrive in 18 minutes. The delivery driver had trouble finding my address and also only spoke Spanish so it was very hard to communicate on where i was located. After 25 minutes of looking for my address the food was FINALLY delivered. I will never order thru this location again. poor costumer service, punctuality was horrible. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

I order on Pizza Hut website for delivery and door dash was assigned to deliver. I was missing half of my order. I tried contacting the store and was transferred to door dash. Door dash then transferred me I’ve been holding for 55 minutes and still on hold. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. So frustrating especially because I ordered straight from the vendor and DID NOT USE A THIRD PARTY TO ORDER. I also have video of the dasher throwing my food on the porch leaving his dasher bag behind. And he was running away. How do you all stay in business? This is very sad customer service. I hope a manger contacts me. Willing to share the video that I posted to social media.
