I called to order a pizza for my brother that never arrived. I called The manager who was extremely rude and said I had to call door dash and complain even though I ordered directly from Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut charged my card for the pizza but he wouldn’t take any responsibility to refund it.

I just went in there to get an order replaced from the last time I was in there and they completely demolished our order and I was greeted aggressively I was threatened by the staff and then they had the nerve to try and call the cops on me like like I had done something wrong I am in complete shock this is the worst experience I've ever had in any restaurant ever in my life I am going to be seeking charges and I want to find out who the owner of the store is because he needs to be made aware that his staff is highly aggressive and very volatile the wrong person could go in there and find themselves in a very bad situation very quickly

I had an incident where I ordered a pizza from this pizza hut and they informed me that they were gonna send it thru grubhub I believe. I said no problem. The only thing was the person was very incompetent and called me several times trying to deliver the pizza and I answered every time and provided adequate information for them to be able to deliver the pizza to me but for some reason or another they weren't able to get to me. I don't kno why. At this point it had already almost been 2 hours since I had ordered the pizza. So I ordered another pizza for pick up this time as I was tryna feed my kids. I picked up the pizza and thought that would of been the end of it. But then I got home and saw that they were waiting by my door with a pizza. I told em I no longer needed their pizza as it had already been 2 hours since I ordered it. They said ok and left. But now the store doesn't let me order pizzas for delivery even tho it was 100% not my fault. I answered grubhub every time they called. I walked my complex looking for them I gave them my exact address and gave them exact location details. I did a lot more than I should of for a product that was already more than 45 minutes late.

I ordered delivery at 4:05pm here it is now 7:15pm and still had nothing delivered had to call to have are delivery cancelled the guy on the phone said it looked like it was delivered but he will have it cancelled. I will never order delivery from here again

I ordered for delivery and the door dash driver was lost for some reason. He kept calling giving me attitude blaming me for putting the address wrong, I have never had an issue with my address for any delivery whatsoever so I am not sure why he was having issues. The food finally gets here, I ordered Cinnabons but they gave me Cinnamon sticks instead, my pepperoni melt was super stale as well! What’s worst is I couldn’t even get in contact with them to complain about my order so I had to come on here and leave a review.

Ordered a stuffed crust with several additional meat add ons.Pizza arrived fast. It was dry and had mostly pepperoni with a few crumbles of hard hamburger. I'm pretty sure they took a pepperoni pizza they had on hand (probably one somebody didn't pick up) and added a few other meat pieces.Cost was $30. Pizza was dry and tasteless. Worse pizza I ever had. Last time me or anyone else I know, will ever do business with them.

They made me pay for the same order twice because the delivery guy went to the wrong hotel the second delivery guy that they used from doordash also went to another hotel but I caught him in time I called about the issue and I was hung up on
