Pizza Hut Express

We used to love this location but it has gone so downhill in the past month we won't be ordering from them every again.I attempted to order last week and the delivery time changed from 40 minutes to 80 minutes. I did call and speak with a manager who apologized and refunded my order.Today we placed an order and received an email that it would arrive at 1:35pm, it is now 2:30pm and I just got a text that the delivery will be made by Doordash but will take ANOTHER 20 minutes. I have tried calling the store 4 times and was hung up on each time and I also tried calling customer service who attempted to connect me with the store and was again hung up on.

Used to really enjoy pizza hut, but now it's a joke. Every time I order it puts my delivery time as 3+ hours out, and now I have close to 400 points that I can't use because my local store 'doesn't honor this coupon'. It's not a coupon, it's points I've earned by giving them my loyalty as a customer and now, I'm taking it elsewhere.

Simply trash service .can't count the times they forgot my soda. Can't ever get the crust right. Don't even choose the crust flavor anymore since they forgot to put it on everytime. Twice I've ordered and not even received my order.!?. I have been currently on hold over 54 minutes .I have sreenshots.all I can say is the delivery driver hecka fast.who ever worked the friday night shift on January 23/2020 West valley location across the valley view mall. Where is my pizza?

Never again, last order was dry perhaps overcooked , wings were even drier

Best food, friendly staff members, regularly great mood. They charge convenient rates and the food quality is fantastic. Fantastic work.

Service was great but the pizza was average

Even tho they have a bell on the door I still had to wait a few mins to get help. An employee comes up to the front and looks outside while playing his hairnet. He then walked into the back put his hair up and put in on then started to grab boxes without washing his hands. Sat there for about 30 mins for a large cheese pizza and cheese sticks. Got home and the food was cold and I live about 5 mins away. Then to top it off the pizza that was supposed to be cheese had large spots of just dough and no cheese. Will never be visiting this location ever again.
