I work down the road. Several times I would order food for lunch. Several times they have messed up the order and not gotten here on time. Tonight was the last straw. I scheduled an order at 7:30pm. App said it would still be another 63-73 minutes. I called at 7:25pm if my food would be here on time for my break. I was "reassured it would be. It wasn't. My break was up. I had to call 3 times to cancel my food. First time I was on hold for 10 minutes. The last two times I was rudely hanged up on. Terrible customer service. Terrible drivers. Terrible food.

This location is probably great. Pizza hut, explain to me why I am charged for the first ranch with my Buffalo wings. What is the thought process? Or don't, domino's is the opportunity cost.

I love standing for 10 min trying to pick up carry out. while 4 people stand around... awful service.

Went for pizza after shopping at the target. The guy didn't tell me he didn't have breadsticks after i had already paid for it also didn't give me my receipt. Horrible day and experience there.

I got on the phone with and Employee and told her I made a mistake on my order online she was a little snappy when she told me that the food was already being made and I couldn't change the crust.... I then told her net I would just cancel the order then, I would have paid extra if I had to to change the order... I then called back to talk to the manager and he was even more aggressive in his tone when I explained to him the situation I just wanted to know if I was getting refunded my money because the crust couldn't get changed and I was being polite as possible...I think this store needs to have a customer service class in being a little bit more polite and considerate when it comes to a customer

Order pizza last Sunday 9-9-18 pay for it and still waiting for it. they charge my credit card. worse customers service and stealing my money, Credit Card Fraud

Ordered on the app and the staff was very fast and friendly. Food was done quickly and with no issues.

It took 1 hour and 40 minutes for delivery .pizza was cold bread sticks were also cold.I asked for extra sauce but none was left..

This was my only choice for a late dinner since it was near my hotel and everything else was closed. the staff was nice and the wings were good.
