Ordered a 5 piece tenders meal and two strawberry pies got a 5 piece regular chicken meal with no pies. Phone number online is a deadline, so I couldn't even call to complain or have it replaced.

Speed of service was great and order accuracy was on point.

I would like to point out the friendliness of the ladies running the drive thru on a Tuesday afternoon shift.

On Tuesday early afternoon the tenders were way over cooked and hard, I wouldn’t say old just burnt, possibly old oil in fryers. I couldn’t even eat them when I got home. Not worth the time to go back.

I should have listen to all the one star reviews. This location is slated to go down hill with the under performance in food quality quick. It’s insane to see how food quality is different from location to location.

Parking: Plenty of parking but first pull in can be tight with traffic. Suggest pulling in around drive thru entrance.

Had a large order and they were able to do this quickly. Juicy chicken. Mac n cheese was nice. Mash and gravy was questionable, should be optional for standard gravy not Cajun.
The staff are very friendly at this location. The girl that helped me with recommendations sauces was very nice.

The cost of chicken meals are very expensive. Why is it this place always seems to get our orders wrong, then want to get rude about it. Won't be going back for awhile

The service at this location has been consistently poor. Every time I visit, they miss part of my order. It’s ridiculous that I have to drive 20 minutes back and forth just for them to fix it. When I finally get there, the ladies are still on their phones, and the food is already ready, but they haven’t even boxed it up yet. It’s always the same person who’s working there, and it’s very unprofessional. If I were the manager, I would probably fire her.

Every time I come to this location they somehow manage to mess up the orders. Have you come back to “make things right” just to have you sit and wait 15+ minutes, when they aren’t even busy. This location is so poorly ran, I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes to go to any other location than this one. Surprised this location is still in business. Upper management really needs to hire & train better staff.

Terrible service and they always forget items . Come back to get food and they have you waiting just to forget about you . The girl running the drive through is a joke on her phone and not paying attention to her job . She needs to be fired she always forgets items that your ordered.

My food was cold and hard when I got home , the fries and chicken were stale like they’ve been sitting for a long time. I would definitely check your bags and check the food temperature before you leave.
