Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Tonight at 12:25 am I went to pick up 2 Doordash delivery orders, a friendly person who didn't speak Spanish helped me and asked me to pay with the card, I showed him that I couldn't and he called a boy who spoke Spanish I told him that he told me that it was not necessary to pay with the card, he called another person, a woman, and came out speaking English to me. When he told him that I didn't speak English, I told him I don't speak English. He looked at me and spoke to me in Spanish. It was super. rude since she told me you have to pay with the card I told her look this is what I get she took the bill and tore it up and said no card no I told her let me explain for a moment and she didn't go to the kitchen very rude and laughing with his colleague, what a lack of respect that they have employees like that, I wouldn't even come in to buy a drink because you serve people like that, I had to cancel the order because he simply wouldn't let me explain what was happening

To each their own, right? This was my first visit to Raising Cane's. I was not impressed by any means. The food was not very tasty. The fries were limp and un-salted. The cheese toast was bland. Needless to say, I didn't finish the food. I know I won't be back.

The food was spectacular and it came out extremely fast. The canes sauce was so good I ended up licking the ramikan cup clean without shame.

I visited this Cane’s location last night, and unfortunately, my experience made an already rough night even worse. I was deeply disappointed with both the customer service and the overall atmosphere. To make matters worse, I found a hair (which I know wasn’t mine) in my slice of bread. While I typically don’t like to complain in person, I felt compelled to share my experience here. If I wanted to spend $13 just to lose my appetite, I could have gone to Arby’s down the road. Additionally, the person taking my order seemed completely uninterested in being there, which added to the negative experience. Overall, I was left feeling extremely frustrated and disgusted by the entire visit.

I've heard so much about raising Cane's. I was really excited to try it but I have to admit I was let down a little bit. Perhaps a better name would be "Raising Cane's Fancy Fry Sauce and Mediocre Chicken Fingers". Because honestly it was all about the sauce. Which honestly wasn't that great. And the chicken by itself was just ordinary. I'm glad I tried it, but I don't think I'll be going back. It just wasn't that impressive.

The chicken is delicious.
The service was great. I did see an employee pick up a chicken tender from the counter and put it back in a customer's order. He did pick it up with a napkin but gross. I would have asked for a different tender.
It was WAY to loud in there with the music.
Drive thru for me from now on.
