The first time I came here I was exhausted from work .Right before checking out I was approached by security stating I could not have my backpack in inside the store .He was kind and very courteous about it .I had forgotten about having it on even .I got tomalles and mangos, bananas, strawberries, and a Jarrito, and donuts .All of which were amazingly good .The store is tiny but very well kept and very clean ,fresh fruits and food daily .It has a little bakery .But everyone is kind and courteous .I returned this time leaving my backpack with the security guy who smiled and laughed and greeted me . Tomalles again because who can say no to hot fresh Tomalles ?and a Jarrito and donuts . Affordable clean establishment .

Whoever thought it was a good idea to close the store at 8pm and not change the closing time on Google Maps needs to be fired. I just wasted 45 minutes of my life.

The fruit and vegetables are always at a very good price.... the meat is very fresh...It's a shame that the staff... in the butcher shop only, lack better customer service... there is the point that makes one come back to buy... today for example a young man apparently Venezuelan... his apathy and bad manner... telling me what He already wanted to go home... until tomorrow they would get what I was looking for... since I saw what was in the refrigerator...I get so desperate that I leave my meat purchase for another supermarket...1st time this has happened to me..I returned home frustrated.But... well... not everyone will lose by 1...

It says it’s open until 9pm here and on the store front but it’s closing at like eight pm. At all their locations. We drove to two different ones and it’s no bueno.

I have been shopping at rancho market for years and I cannot believe what I just saw happened before my eyes at the meat counter, oxtail at 8.99 lb, total price about $20. I found a package of meat that showed it expired and needed to be sold by October 27, 2023. When I showed the guy at the meat counter that it was already past the day and asked if it was no longer a good he told me it's fine it's just an issue with the ticket. When I got the manager and she addressed the issue with him he simply reprinted a ticket today that now shows an expiration date of 7 days later, 10 days past the actual date that it was initially labeled When I got the manager and she addressed the issue with him he simply reprinted a ticket today that now shows an expiration date of 7 days later, 10 days past the actual date that it was initially labeled. How can someone trust that the food for the meat is good, if it was that easy to reprint a label and put it on something that already showed a label with an expired date? The manager and the meat gentleman both acted like this was completely OK to relable the meat. I had to literally explain to them how this is even worse than the initial situation and that if they sell that mate now the other person has the wrong oppression of what the dates are on the product they're buying.

It's inside a market to the right. I ordered 3 mini tacos $2.75 a taco. Everything is fresh to serve it's in your view so you can see for yourself. A little wait time but they make sure it's Bombay!

Most of the employees are nice but there is a lady at the meet area that definitely need to be trained in how to be kind with customer. There was a gentleman help me up first, very kind and helpful, then I remember that I need something else so I went back, I wait for her to finish what she was doing then another customer approached and she asked her.if she need help, so this customer told her I was first, and she said he has to wait for the gentleman who was with him first and just ignored me.

This review is about the meat section of the market. We did not purchase any other item at this location. It was extremely crowded and parking is tight. We were able to find ox tails that were in the deli meats, not frozen. While other cuts of beef appeared to be plentiful, there were only two pre packages of ox tails left so we purchased the two packages. At $8.99 per pound, I can't really complain because I've seen it sold more expensive at other stores. Here's what bothered me about the pre packaged ox tails....behind the labeling there's TONS of fat! I don't use ox tail fat in my soup so after I trimmed off most of the fat, the ox tails appear much smaller. My preference would have been leaner cuts of ox tails. Also, the pre packaging forces you to purchase the fat they're hiding in there to make it heavier per pound. A little deceiving in my humble opinion.
