It was an amazing atmosphere, the services was great, and the people there were so nice, especially our waiter Taylor. She was very patient with us and made our day even better with her kind attitude!!

We have been here for 40 minutes, our waiter took our order when we first got here and brought our drinks to us. We haven't seen her since. We didn't get the bottomless fries that we came here for, we have been waiting for over a half hour for our food, I have been waiting for a refill on my drink for 25 minutes and nobody has come to even check on us. The service here is AWFUL. We will not be leaving a tip. The family next to us just left because they hadn't even ordered and they had been here for a half hour!

My family and I went there Tuesday night and honestly the service was not good, at all! It felt like they may be unstaffed cause the servers didn’t seem like they could keep up. I let them know my food was cold , so then they had the manager come over Darrin or Darren was his name. That wasn’t even all that bad, however when I went to my car to grab my wallet. The place was SLAMMED! Honestly mY e he was on a smoke break but the manager was outside smoking . Which I thought was curious since it was so busy, 🤷🏽‍♀️. We have been goi g there for a while and we normally have a good experience so believe me when I say I am sad to even be leaving g this , not hopefully it will help.

Food was good but service wasn't that great we ordered drinks and they were rushing us to order which was not professional it was like the end of the night we were like 10 of people in the restaurant and then the manager was rushing us to order I think he was on meth we got are Food and that was it for service until the bill came and was left alone we thought she was coming back to collect the bill and we waited a half hour and went up front to pay and they thought we were trying to skip on the bill we paid it and walked out never going back there again and I am posting this on other app platforms

I was there Monday evening tring to enjoy my meal when two male employees came out arguing. This was unprofessional behavior what looked like a manager and another employee cussing and yelling in front of kids and customers with no care or regard to them. It ruined our experience of otherwise good food and company. Won't be back to this location again if this is how there employees act.

The restaurant was empty, and I was repeatedly ignored by my waitress watched those who arrived after me get served long before me, and waited thirty minutes for my drink to be delivered, I never received the fries I ordered.

Food was very good I got the royal red robin it’s the go to burger,The fry sauce is great too. Staff were attentive and making sure we were satisfied. The atmosphere is retro 50s I liked it.

Went to dinner here with my wife and son for my birthday. It was a Saturday evening so had about a 30-40 minute wait to get seated which was fine as it was expected. Plenty of area and seating in the waiting area. What was not expected was staff serving those waiting some onion rings in a paper cup that were cut in bite size pieces. Got my appetite soaring! Once seated our waitress was welcoming , friendly and prompt. She gave us complimentary fries while we waited for our food. When it arrived, the food was hot and delicious, and we had an overall great time out at Red Robin. The waitress even noticed a birthday pin I was wearing and gave me a free Sunday to go! I’ll definitely be returning (so many burgers on the menu sounded so good it was difficult to choose one)! Thanks, Red Robin!

This was without a doubt some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The server's name is Sergio. First, just brought some wings and left us with no plates or napkins. Not enough dip. Didn't refill our drinks. Didn't ask if we needed anything. No mustard for my wife. When the girl brought it, there was Ketchup dried on the lid. Had to use a fork to puncture the dried on mustard to get the mustard out. Had to spend most of my dinner getting other server's and people to help us. Never cleaned any of the dirty dishes off the table. The first time we have eaten at Red Robin for a long time. This has just got to be an exception. Very disappointed.

All around great as usual. Burgers where perfect. Waitstaff was completely on top of there game.
