Absolutely Fantastic Experience at Salt City Che!
I had the pleasure of visiting Salt City Che recently, and I have to say — it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and well thought-out, with a perfect balance of casual comfort and creative flair.
The food? Absolutely incredible. Every dish was packed with flavor, clearly made with fresh ingredients and real care. You can tell there's a passion behind everything they serve. Whether you're a foodie or just looking for something satisfying and delicious, this place delivers.
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the experience even better. It's rare to find a spot where you feel this well taken care of without any pretension.
Overall, Salt City Che is a hidden gem (or maybe not-so-hidden anymore!). Highly recommend it for anyone looking to try something new and memorable. I'll definitely be coming back!

Delicious selections and the staff were so friendly and helpful in my decisions as a first time goer. The Uber coconut and salted cream are delicious! I love casava cake, so that cake was very nostalgic for me!

I really enjoyed their Vietnamese desserts and drinks. The few weeks when they first opened the grab and go food store were displayed on the shelf which was so fresh and good. But the recent time I went to get banh cuon, it was in the grab and go fridge which cause the banh cuon wrapper to be cold and hard. I would give it another try if there are improvements in how they store their grab and go stuff so that it doesn’t ruin the quality of it.

Charged me 2 extra dollars for no ice....kind of crazy if you ask me.

Nice place and good is good. Price is a little steep though otherwise I would buy more and visit more often

The only place in all of northern Utah where you can get different kinds of Vietnamese coffee, and it doesn’t disappoint. I never leave reviews, but I love their salted cream coffee and hope they never go out of business😭 They’re also super fast.

My favorite coffee. Salt City Che has lots of options for how small it is. Vietnamese food dishes to-go, a few pastries, lots of drinks from coffee to smoothies and, of course, che. I am absolutely addicted to the Salted Cream Vietnamese coffee. I drive all the way from the South Ogden area 2-3 times a week because it is so good. I usually buy two and drink one and then try to make the second one last as long as possible. Vietnamese iced coffee is so strong it actually improves as the ice melts instead of tasty watery. I love this place. The employees and owners and are super nice too. They have a few other coffee flavors such as Ube Coconut, which is really good, but my favorite is still the Salted Cream. Try this place out and you will never go to Starbucks again.

Excellent food and the service was above and beyond what you would expect. Very clean inside, but limited space to sit and eat. The food was authentic and tasted fresh. A good variety of chè to choose from, including some Vietnamese style drinks.

Door says they close at 5pm, I came at 4:15 and the door is locked. Lady inside looked at me trying to open the door and just turned away not even a word. Open like your hours say you are.

As someone that grew up eating my mom’s che, I must say this is closest to my mom’s and I highly recommend this place. 😊

I ordered matcha latte, chè 3 màu, chè nếp, bánh bèo, bánh bò… everything is good! The staff is so friendly, she offered reheat the food for me. Though Google Map fooled me around, the location is just next to Pho 777. It is very convenient, plenty of parking. Though the store is small, space for dine in is limited, but it is very clean. I hope they can add more Vietnamese snacks in their menu.

been wanting to come here for weeks! didn't disappoint! very clean inside, welcoming staff, i decided on the Coconut Taro pudding, and the Banana Pudding both were refreshing and sweet, the actual banana in the pudding sent my taste buds on quite a journey! the Taro pieces were so yummy, everything was great!

I loved the drinks. I got the strawberry matcha, oolong tea, and ube & taro tea. The bobas weren’t hot but doesn’t matter as the taste was amazing
