Smoke a Billy Bbq Gourmet Cafe

These guys serve the best BBQ we've had. My wife had the brisket, and I had the pork sandwiches. The meat was tender, flavorful, non-fatty, and served in a generous portion. We both had the sweet BBQ sauce - wonderful! For our sides, we had coleslaw and macaroni salad. Both were great.

The staff was on it, pleasant to work with, and kept the area spotless. I love businesses like this!

These guys have set a new standard for us, and we'll be sure to be on the lookout for them. If you see them, you've got to try them. You won't be disappointed.
