My issue is with how this location works with the app. From what i can tell, they prematurely mark orders complete before pickup to clear the log, and that makes it impossible to check in on the app. The result is that you have to click the button to get their attention, and of course the mobile order pickup spots don't have buttons. Please fix your systems!

Came 10 minutes to when they closed and couldnt order a shake cause they cleaned the shake machine for closing!!! The whole point of sonic is for they're shakes!!! What horrible customer service!! Such a dissapointment to rush all the way to the Kearns sonic and not beable to get what we're coming for!! I feel bad for managers cause it's so hard to find good employees now adays.

Came to your restaurant ordered a basic meal for my family had to come back because you can't put a freaking burrito in the bag or listen to a thing, your customer asks for and also ten minutes on two chicken tenders, a burger and a burrito kind of ridiculous Don't you think i will not be back unless you'll pay for my gas and my food

My order was only a drink and their new salted caramel toffee bites. The drink was fine, but the 4 bite biscuits did not have any kind of flavor. Not only did they not have any of the salted caramel toffee in, on or around the biscuits, they were just 4 little tiny plain pieces of a biscuit.

Got a sonic double cheese, frito chilli cheese burrito, mozzarella sticks and 2 slushees. 1. service was horrible. The girl taking the order was talking to a coworker and had to repeat myself over 3 times for our order. 2. the burger was literally thrown together. the cheese was barely melted, it was like they forgot to put pickles on it and just shoved 7 pickles into the side of the burger. 3. the frito chilli cheese burrito was a complete mess. had a whole bag of fritos with no chilli or cheese and was literally just thrown into the wrap and not even rolled into a burrito. 4. they forgot marinara for the mozzarella sticks. the slushees were good but how can you mess those up.

it started to rain when i was ordering outside of sonic and one of the employees came out with her jacket to (i assume give it to me because she took it off her waste) and asked if i had a ride and i said yes and she said ok i just wanted to make sure that you are okay . it was so sweet ! she is the sweetest girl ever !

How do you give away someone's mobile order that they come to pick up? The name is distinct. Been in this drive thru line over 15 minutes and they say oops, I'm trying to have some grace but there needs to be some training here. You got girls just standing around on their phone and taking pictures not even helping out. Pull it together we're here twice a day getting drinks...
Pulled in to a spot, pushed the button to order and sat there waiting to order.....nothing happened no one came on the speaker. Pushed the red button again to order.....again no one came on the speaker to order. I sat there long enough to create an online account and make an order for the other sonic across town and still no one came on the speaker to take my order.

We ordered in the stalls and we weren't even able to pay or see our order on the screen. No one came out to help us. We tried the drive thru as well. We waited 20 minutes. Too Slow. The background music was so loud that we couldn't hear the cashier and they couldn't hear us.
