This is probably the most low budget sonics I've ever been too they are always out of supplies.. they used to be decent but they have really went down hill over the last year or so

We ordered in the stalls and we weren't even able to pay or see our order on the screen. No one came out to help us. We tried the drive thru as well. We waited 20 minutes. Too Slow. The background music was so loud that we couldn't hear the cashier and they couldn't hear us.

I have been coming to this sonics for a while now. Lately,,all of my route 44 cherry limeade looked and tasted okay but has always been missing one of the main ingredients... Tha last 4 route 44 cherry.limeades I bought have been missing the Cherries, are they just eating the Cherries themselves.or is noone reordering any cherries for their cherry limeades... Disappointed customer... Guess I'll have to drive to the other sonics.for my drink now ..

Ordered through the Drive Thru the person taking our order was very rude and Didn't even get our order right, we waited at the window for 15 minutes before we got our order, missing all 3 orders of groovy fries only to be told they were out but still charged us for them, also missing our 3 piece chicken strips and our corndogs were raw and cold in the middle. We called for a refund and got told they don't do refunds for Drive thru orders only mobile or online orders. Very disappointing and We wont be coming back.

The people who work here were nice. The food has a lot of issues. I ordered a #3. The fries were hot which was good. But my burger was cold which is concerning for food safety reasons. Did anyone in the establishment follow food safety protocols and continuously temp meat to ensure it stayed above 135? Mine definitely was not. Also, my Coke was so diluted that I know the syrup is not monitored. Perhaps this establishment needs a refresher course with food safety?

I just ordered food from you guys. I don't really feel happy with the outcome. The meal I got supposedly doesn't have a large meal The chicken strip number 12 ,even though I asked for a large. They didn't tell me that there wasn't large available so they brought out a tiny little paper box. Maybe six seven fries. And the fries were not even warm and overdone. I asked them about it and they just argued with me that that's how it is. I asked them about it and they just argued with me that that's how it is I'm sorry but I think that more places need to learn how to communicate better about what we're actually paying for and actually give fresh food. I feel like nobody even really cares but I'm the one spending the money. So hopefully next time if I go it will be better.
Got two large shakes here the other day, both with peanut butter. Both shakes had minimal peanut butter in them. It was basically vanilla soft serve all the way through! Never again! Waste of money!

Twice now I place an order in the app and then sit waiting after check-in, only to end up going to drive through and telling them they've forgotten me. Meanwhile people who didn't use the app are getting in a line ahead of me while I wait even longer. Liquid shake and cold burger were waiting after 30 minutes. I want my tip $ back!
